Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Miromar Outlet Dr, Estero

Love the people in this bank, however, 1 teller 9 out of 10 times you go there. Wait is often over 20 minutes, there is no drive through option, 5 computers sit empty while line sometimes grows out the door... Unnacceptable - whats the point of staying open when you have one teller working

The line was extremely long the teller was great but the manager just stood there while there was (no exaggeration) more then 15 people in line. It was Saturday at Miromar Outlets why would you only have one teller no drive through and couldn't he get a computer open and help all he did was stand there. I'll never go there again.

Had a business bank account set up here. They set the account up under the wrong name, and I've waited 30+ days for the name change to go through. After revisiting this branch and another, neither was able to pull up any sort of information on my prior visits. I visited the same banking rep twice at this branch, and the second time, there was no recollection of the first, and "no information on my file" to help. Therefore, now only does Bank of America lack way of tracking their customer's experience with the company, and it's leaving a massive gap in customer service to where management is unable to step in and help resolve issues. After visiting a new Bank of America today and having a similar experience with bank reps unable to manage customer accounts, I'm assuming this is Bank of America as a whole. Currently considering transferring.

Garbage cans have better customer service.

Alway 5+ people waiting in line with one person working the line. While 3-5 other worker are talking and not helping.

Always frustrated with this particular branch. Unfortunately it is my closest branch. Very poor customer service. Always tempted to just withdraw my money, close out my credit card and checking account and go elsewhere. Banks are like dentists, a dime a dozen. Bank Of Anerica seriously does not train their people well. Not accommodating in the least. This branch used to be a lovely place to do business. Very disappointing

Terrible experience. There were 4 people waiting in line with 1 teller working and she was taking her at most sweetest time handling her person. HIGHLY recommended to not go here in a lunch break. You will not have time for any other errands to run… or eat!

They get the job done, but not very efficiently. The manager will simply stand there while the 1 teller struggles with a 10 person line.

Teller was knowledgeable, speedy and provided great service. BoA needs more tellers like herself.

Don't waste your time going here, tellers are slow. Management just walks around looking at customers but not helping anyone
