Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Stella Link Rd, Houston

First time visiting this branch, Monday morning, line at the tellers window only one person working there, counted about three other staff just walking around. When I was done at the tellers and needed assistance of banker to open an account, spend half an hour in a lobby, but no one is around, apparently all staff decided to take lunch break at the same time at the back room. Obviously after having this experience will not be opening an account.

The workers are extremely rude. They would do nothing to help deposit a check that was clearly written and signed because the handwriting for the word form amount was slightly different than the handwriting for the number form. My rent is now late because they refused to deposit the check, and they were extraordinarily rude and unforgiving along the way with no reason. Worst banking experience I've had.

The place weird to charged $15 for cashier check but didn’t refund when I return the it. $15 is way too much fee for business account. I will close account on this bank and never ever come back. BBVA Compass didn’t charge me any fee on cashier check. 🥺

Lately a Relationship Banker in the Bank of America West University helped my wife to change the form of her name with her Bank of America accounts. She patiently explained Bank of America’s policies and procedures, carefully handled my wife’s multiple accounts in a rather organized way, and finally inspected them page by page, line by line--to make sure there was no mistake. We very much appreciate her outstanding aptitude and work ethic. My wife received her new Bank of America Debit Card and Credit Card in a week. Bank of America once again proved to be a highly efficient financial institute. The other specialists in the Bank of America West University are professional and friendly as well. An associate in the lobby always guides us to an appropriate banker. It is truly a great bank to visit.

This used to be a good bank. Now it sucks. Inefficient, slow, and totally lacking reasonable processes or procedures. We have been waiting half an hour to get into our safety deposit box because, first, the now only have one room and, two, because of poor procedures and training even though we were here 10 minutes waiting the "greater" let done who came after us go ahead of us. Ridiculous.

I really do miss this branch. I know the manager and the banking staff by name . They were very helpful . Excellent and fast service . I hope the branch will reopen .
