From start to finish and even after closing Daniel Jara, Andrew Reyes and the team at HomeStart made the loan process SEAMLESS. We were particularly concerned with securing a loan due to credit issues and having no clue how the process works. This is my husband's and I first time buying a home and moving out of state! Although there was alot of paperwork to submit but it was super easy. They made us feel super comfortable with the process Tina one of the loan officers is amazing! She really helped my husband and I understand the process and know what to do. We desperately needed a house but we were denied by several mortgage companies. my husband is a business owner, it was an issue with the mortgage company on what his income shows on tax return, so we decided to buy a house with owners finance company( i do not recommended owners finance). we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Anyway long story short. we needed to refinance our house because our mortgage payment increased a lot. not a small increase, a huge increase. Someone recommended home start capital to us. HomeStart capital agents were amazing, they got our interest rate to drop from 9.9% to 5 plus %. We got great mortgage monthly payment from 3,000 plus to a reasonable amount. I was referred to HomeStart Capital from my father in law. However, I did my due diligence, and received two other quotes, and HomeStart Capital was a couple of thousand less than competitors. I didn't realize this at first, but my closing date was nearly impossible- I believe it was only a month, and in this market.. that is a very tight deadline. Daniel, called me personally to let me know that this process was going to be cutting it close, but we went forward with the process. Wow! Was Daniel and his team on top of it! Granted, I also played a part and made sure when they requested a document, I sent it right away! However, without Daniel and his team, I do not believe I would have closed on time.
