Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Tamiami Trl, Bonita Springs

Wasted time to notorize documents and refused to notorize after 30 min wait. Shock of shocks, yet another great Bank of America experience.

One star is to many for the Bonita branch. I needed a document notarized. Arrived around 10:30am. After waiting a short time, perhaps 5 minutes, I was asked how I could be helped. When I explained that I needed my signature notarized on a document that I had to mail to RI, the person assisting me checked a paper and told me she could make an appointment for me for 2:00pm. REALLY! Come back four hours later to have someone watch me sign a document and notarize it. This place is severally understaffed, and existing staff has a negative attitude. Use this branch only in an emergency. BoA closed my original Branch in Estero and sent me here. The Miromar Branch handled my needs in less than 5 minutes. Juan Serrano could not have been more efficient and pleasant to talk to. In the future I'll drive the extra couple of miles to Miromar.

The lady was too lazyTo fill out a deposit slip on my account when I had two checks to deposit with a line of people waiting behind me she waited as I filled out an entire deposit slip which I have never had to do with any bank account I’ve ever had. Also to lazy to look up my account number or Deposit a check into my account because it was made out to my name and not my business when I am the sole owner. And was not trying to cash anything. Simply deposit. I am considering cancelling this account due to this experience. Do not expect friendly service.

This is the worst branch there is never enough tellers, normally just one, and the arm is always broken

Received a check from Geico for a totaled car. Geico told me to cash it at BoA since that’s where their account is. Teller was kind of rude and whispering to the other teller implying I was trying to cash a fake check because they didn’t see it in the Geico account. Probably because it was printed on the Geico guys laptop 20 minutes beforehand. Teller told me they wouldn’t cash it even if I came back another day and turned very cold and rude once she started whispering to the other teller she “didn’t see the check in the system.” Called the Geico adjuster afterwards to let him know and he said BoA has cashed checks three times that amount for people with no BoA account. If you need any additional reason to not use BoA, google the case from several years ago in Naples where they tried to foreclose on a paid off house. So glad I closed my account with them almost ten years ago.

This location is continuously understaffed. Usually has employees sitting in their offices doing nothing and only 1 teller window open. They closed all of their drive thru windows, and only have one ATM on the property, no inside ATM.

I had the best experience at this Bank of America I had the pleasure to meet Denise Reeve , she helped me understand so much about my credit card and answered all my questions , I highly recommend This location and recommend speaking to Denise .
