Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Dublin Blvd, Dublin

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! This bank is to cheap to hire employees during rush hour time I waited 40 minutes and I ended up walking out without getting anything done because they had only had two people working I’m so frustrated fed up with this bank. You will end up wasting half your day here to get your money

They are open 9-4 M-F only. That's 35 hours a week. If you have a full time job, you can't go there. Then they ask you to make online appointments for the most basic services. But since they are only open 35 hours a week, the appointments are booked more than a week out.

Unprofessional and unethical or ignorant bankers who dont know what they are doing. The female manager is not friendly and helpful either. Dont deposit your money to anything other than checking to write your bill. It's been months since Jancy made me open an account promising me something that will never happen because of her mistake and she has not corrected it. I am spending tons of additional time to try to correct their mistake. Go to another bank.

I went to the teller at this particular bank and she did not greet me. She asked my to swipe my card in a manner in which she did not want to deal with.I asked for her to dispense $2700 out of my account and she did not ask me how would I like my bills. She gave me a bunch of big bills. And put it on the counter And gave it to me without an envelope. She was rude And did not say have a nice day. Rather she used both her hands to sweep my away like I was dirt. I don’t appreciate the service I received from this teller.

They simply don't answer the phone. Ever. Not even an option for a voicemail box in which they will call you back. Extremely frustrating.

the lines are very long. They close almost all the brands around. People are not friendly when you ask questions about the problem

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff including branch management and financial advisers. They cut you off and do "not" listen what you have to say. Big time communication problem with the employees at this branch. We have multiple account with BOA for years that we have managed large balances on. Obviously, they do not value "you" or your business as a client. Saying that I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service received at this branch of Bank of America would be an understatement. I would recommend a branch or a Bank where you are respected and valued as a client.

This location just seems to get worse. They have multiple new tellers that are struggling to get it together, with poor management that only seems frustrated to help. I was waiting for a teller for thirty minutes, during this time the line was to the door and management seemed to show no concern seeing the long line. One of the tellers was sent on break and the lady that stands in the front doing nothing only brought more people over to cut the line. I’m sorry but it’s Friday and you have two new tellers, and only one experienced one while everyone else just stands around asking if we need help but they don’t have the capability to help with anything so why ask, let’s get it together!

Ever since the last manager left this branch, this branch has been down the toilet. The lines are long while bunch of employees just roam around and pretend to be busy instead of helping customers behind the counter. The ATM’s are down for the most part. This branch has become a nightmare and a waste of time.

Representative Yan Xiao values customer service. She is a great asset to your bank and company overall.
