I am extremely disappointed that the new branch after Harvey is NEVER open. They have excuses all the time for why the branch is not open. COVID does not stop the other branches from opening. The other branches nearest, have horrible hours. I must take time off from work just to take care of personal banking needs. ONLINE is not what I want to do for banking. Other banks do have lobby hours, better hours, and good customer service. I am looking into moving my funds. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worse BofA location, they can’t help with regular financial needs, it takes days to wait for an appointment to open a new account, and they have a ridiculously low limit to cash checks. No one at the front to help you! So, good luck figuring things out at this branch…

This has to be the most useless BoA branch. I’ve tried going in at different hours of the day and every time they either don’t have a teller available, or no one is in the lobby. I wish this wasn’t the closest branch to me. Too bad zero stars isn’t possible to post a review.

Terrible customer service- the WORST I have ever experienced or heard about regarding a major bank. If I could give 0 stars, that would be my rating. It's sad and scary that they are managing people's money. You wait on the phone for HOURS, no one knows how to handle anything and you get different answers depending on who you talk to AND they do not follow up as promised. And when you go to a branch in person because you cannot get anywhere on the phone with them, that still is not helpful and you get to hear other customers voicing the same complaints...RUN, don't walk away from Bank of America!!!!!!!!!

After 6 months of 42k or so non authorized charges in my account waiting patiently . I walk to the bank what was empty they tell me to make an appointment. But the bank did not give me a break on freezen my cash flow and business. Then they tell me I have to wait an hour to do a click to close an account. What I am really sorry is I know can be done in the phone. What means soon all employees will be jobless. Great vision bankers. I keep America going and creating jobs. Not better at all. Just insane 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂

Maria Ventura and the entire staff here have no regard for their customers!! We visited THREE branches of Bank of America to have notary service. Finally after 3 attempts I was finally able to get someone to assist. But the concern is they make you set up an appointment and then they will sit in the back and eat their lunch while you wait for 10 minutes when you’re already on their schedule. When they finally come to “help” they ALWAYS try to look for a problem or something wrong before they even TRY to help. Then Maria Ventura suggested that I go to UPS instead, when We have ALL of our accounts including business accounts with Bank of America. I truly expect better customer service from Bank of America but I guess that is a thing of the past.

Just don’t waste your time here. Did a currency change and they sent it back and just cancelled the transaction 5 minutes after I left. No email or call voicemail says it has a limit of 5 days. I even took a $280 loss on the exchange before my trip

Last week I received the funds for my house sale to close on a new home. Besides the fact they didn’t want to issue the cashiers check I needed for my afternoon closing, the manager or said so manager was ironic about my immediate need for the check. She stated they couldn’t release my own money is because the wire transfer was still showing “processing”. After spending more than an hour discussing with them, I simply left and got the check in 5 minutes at the hwy 6 location. Basically I almost missed my closing date because of them. Please avoid this location!

Went in on a weekend with an appointment booked through the app (was booked about a week ago). Waited about 5 minutes past my appointment time as the financial advisor I was to meet with was finishing up a prior meeting. One thing to note is that there was no one at a ‘front desk’ to help customers that walk in, although that may have been given that it was a weekend, not weekday. There was one teller and about 3-4 Bank of America/Merril Edge advisors. I had a very informative meeting with financial advisor James Polk - he was knowledgable, seemed honest in his comments and overall provided great service. He even went over the meeting time without hinting that the bank branch was nearing its closing time, which I really appreciated given it was my first time meeting with a Merril Edge advisor.

    Response from the owner

Hi Malavika. Thanks for letting us know how helpful James was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^marty

Had a simple, no more than a 5 minute question and was not allowed to ask because I didn’t have an appointment. Manager on duty Daniela Palafox said she could arrange an appointment at another location. Would’ve taken longer to drive to the other location than to get my answer. She didn’t even ask what the question was. I walked around to see if there were any banker(?) available. 2 offices with bankers and neither had a client in their office. My original question was about transferring some funds, simple question now my question will be how do I close my BOA account and be done with them. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
