I have been working with State Farm: Joy Knox for almost 6 years. This is the best agency i have worked it. They do everything to bring satisfaction to the customer. Annie is my policy agent and she is wonderful. She is very responsive and care about providing to me the best policy rate in the market. She will give me calls to discuss about how to get a better policy etccc… she is the best. I highly recommend Joy Knox State Farm for all your insurance coverage

As a new comer to Texas and a recent college grad I was welcomed with much comfort by Brenda and Stacy at the Joy Knox agency. I mainly worked with Stacy who was an absolute delight as she was very patient and knowledgeable about insurance to a first time car and car insurance purchaser. I didn’t feel by myself as I was experiencing many delay and hiccups from the car companies because of the national chip shortage and inflation. Stacy really felt like a teammate as we both were trying to solve my automobile qualms so I can continue with my insurance. Stacy was very flexible, understanding, and super helpful with recommendations for car companies as well as explaining the insurance policies thoroughly. Not only did she talk me through the coverages and discounts, but also about the neighborhood and surrounding areas for me to explore in Houston. She give really good advice overall for how to adjust to or explore Houston (if you’re not new). It was very important that I had an agent who was passionate about the costumer and I was highly favored to have received Stacy as my agent for both my home and renters! The overall experience with Stacy was magnificent. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone, and especially to entry level insurance shoppers who values having knowledge that’s explained easily and efficiently. Stacy is a game changer!

I was recently transferred over to Joy when my previous State Farm agent retired. We completed extensive renovations on our condo and I called in and spoke with Ruth with many, many, many questions about our current coverage. She was able to walk me through all my current coverage and make updates where needed and helpful recommendations as well. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! In a day and age where is it sometimes hard to get a human on the phone and if you do, their knowledge or authority is often limited, it was a breath of fresh air to get so much accomplished on one easy, pleasant phone call!

Being a lawyer, I am always a sceptic about those kind of assertations, but I was proven wrong. Hi everyone. I’m normally not the person to give reviews but the experience I had with Ms. Ruth left me no choice 🙂. I was having some issues with a some delays Statefarm claims dept. I was extremely frustrated with the miscommunication and delays in the Statefarm claims dept, due to them taking way to long to get the claim settled and resolved. So I spoke to Ms Ruth at my local agents office. She was extremely professional, concerned and expressed empathy towards my situation.
