    Do not bank at this location. It is horrible! The people are professional and careless. My neighbor has been banking with Bank of America for 14 years and have never been disrespected before. I too on her to this location and had to wait for almost 2 hours to cash a check. They have people asking general questions in the same line. Before we visited. I wanted to open up an account. I had a state check that needed to be verified. Normally… due to the recipient on the check, it doesn’t have to be verified but this location requires it. I had to wait 3 hours just to get a check verified due to other people asking general questions.This is ridiculous!! They need a verification line to be separate from a general question line if they want to start verifying not only state checks but all checks. After this visit, I don’t think I want to open an account. I also will never bring my neighbor to this location.

    This bank in Douglasville is ridiculous. I am waiting to get a check verified at Bank of America. I was rudly informed by the lady at the entrance desk that there are 12 people in front of me waiting for customer service. I've been waiting an hour. There are three tellers and and four people in cubicals. Noone is in in teller line. While sitting patently, they have 1 person doing the check verification and she is also opening up accounts, handling issues with accounts, etc. People are getting agitated waiting so long. Everyone was quiet until the verification lady was finish with a group of men in the cubical and started talking about getting some work done around her house. She went on for about 15 mins. Other people have to get back to work also. The lady at the desk yells out. "You wouldn't have to wait this long if you open up an account with us." I was baffled. If this the way they handle their non members, they will handle their members the same if they get upset with them. Everyone yelled at the lady at the desk that this process makes people not want to open up an account. I will never personally back with any Bank of America.The people their are so rude.

    Just not good service, not customer minded. Ran in to do a quick transaction early before starting my day. I showed up before the bank opened, there MAY have been 3 people in front of me, and there was absolutely no one at the teller desk. And they still said I would have to wait up to 45 minutes for someone to verify my transaction before I could complete it. I had forgotten why I stopped banking with BofA so many years ago...now I remember. I thought the two star rating maybe a bit harsh, but it's accurate.

    I've had a BOA credit card for several years and I stayed in Birmingham Alabama for my graduate study these years. However, there's no BOA branch in Alabama, so I came here to update my account profile. I drove for 2 hrs from Birmingham to this place, and I was about 20 minutes late today. Thankfully, they didn't ask me to do another reservation, and they started to help me just about 5 minutes after I arrived. Jamie's super friendly, and he settled things down very quickly. I really appreciate his help!

    I own 3 corporations and wanted to refinance one of our company vehicles. The application process was easy and local staff very considerate. That is where attention to detail ended. First it took so long to get refi put through i had to reapply then because i had to reapply my credit score dropped and or the offer was no longer available as a result they had to pull new credit each time and now the original rate of 3% I could not get but instead would have to settle for more than 4+%. Both times spoke with a loan officer and they where rude, unapologetic and certainly did not want my business. Keep in mind the second time it took about 20 days or more for them to respond as well... and all I wanted to do is open relationship by testing the waters on a simple refi which I didn't need to do but wanted to see about a new bank relationship. THIS WAS AN EPIC FAILURE. The manager did contact me and understood it was there fault but there was nothing he could do... Maybe B of A should review the Values Page on there website. I think it is very sad when institutions such as B of A doesn't take relationships with business owners seriously. Based on this experience no wonder the common business and people are frustrated with institutions that control there money lend at there whim... when and only when it is convenient for them. It is clear based on my interactions they do NOT cater to individuals and business. It is no wonder why there is a desire for crypto, decentralized lending, and or actual American Valued institutions that focus on success of its patrons. Finally understand it is we who voluntarily seek the partnership and when that compassion and care goes away so does our business.

    Do not visit this location if you have to go inside and don't have a lot of time. Always understaffed and slow.

    I stopped by to use the drive through ATM today and it ate my debit card. I was not too pleased so I went inside and sat with Maggie and another young lady. They were both accommodating and so sweet. I was less mad and they expedited my card for me. Maggie is phenomenal and you can tell she is all about the customer, rare to find that these days!     Garbage 🗑!!!!!!! If you value your time and sanity don’t do it. Read the reviews, where’s the lie? Lines out the door daily. Don’t call cause they won’t answer. Drive thru CLOSED!!! Thirty minute wait. Manager, she’s garbage. Tellers very nice but very slow. I’ve read back multiple years of the same reviews. I won’t even bother to discuss my specific issue.

    Omg that is all I can say what the he'll do u call that building that is suppose to be a bank. What happen to fast friendly service this is slow than Christmas I hate my job service. And you can't blame the young generation on this service that are all over 40

    Wonderful service!! The line might be long but for understandable reasons. Some BOA have no tellers inside so I was very thankful. Teresa helped me and she was very apologetic for the wait. But really there was no apology needed. I was happy to stand in line to receive great customer service from the branch. Including Jones the security guard! Update 9/29 went to do a wire transfer waited less that 2 mins. Just wanna say how amazing and personable Jamie was. I enjoyed talking with him and also giving me great advice on products that are at my disposal. Will definitely be back to see Jamie for any more advice and personal accounts to add!
