Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Las Tunas Dr, San Gabriel

Jan 5, 2021 (3.15pm) While lining up to get serviced, I checked the google review of this location. The score was very low (below 3). I read through the reviews one by one and a lot of them were giving bad score. So, walking in curiously, I thought I was going to be put in a very bad customer service situation. Surprisingly, the security guard was professional and polite. He gave people a heads up of what to expect and where to go. The tellers were professionally friendly and had good eye contacts with customers. The lady who assisted me with my transactions was even more beyond that. She was so understanding and paid attention to my need. I made a lot of mistakes on my slips and money calculation, but she respectfully and patiently guided me to rewrite and recount things well. She didn't rush me nor feel irritated with my carelessness. Thumbs up for her! Front line people have to learn from her.

I have to deposit Canadian checks for my mom here. I’m surprised that so many tellers are totally clueless about foreign exchange transactions. Lately, especially at this location, my home branch, they’ve gotten better. I want to say that Oscar has been especially great.Also, I am always trying to find Drive-up ATM’s due to back pain. This branch has one.

Extremely disatisfied, used to be my favorite branch. Until I tried to obtain a temporary ID today after misplacing my wallet. I provided my birth certificate, social, and letter correspondence with a matching address. The lady still did not try to help.....

Long line Only 2 banker ? Money order they charge $15 If you go to Wells Fargo it’s free Even 7/11 cheaper then Bank of America

on December 31th i was at this location to give a payment to bank of america loan.i had paper work at hand to show an there telling me i had to go to wells fargo bank.its a sad that this workers at this location cant help people out at all...very bad customer service

09/15/2021 2 pm. I went in to deposit a check. The only one window open with a girl clerck，she called the account holder who issue the check to me with a completely confirmation of the authenticity and correctness of the check. then she refuse to deposit my check. WT…. I went to another boa ，I had been help without any doubt there. I m so disapointed here. : ( This is worst experience I ever had . I don’t want to post her name but I hope she can be nice to customers. : (

I’ve been coming to this location and using the drive thru for over 4years! Yesterday as I pulled in the security straight followed me as I was making a transaction on the ATM it made me feel real uncomfortable! There was another car waiting so I left the atm went around to let the next person use the arm. As I went around and went back to using the drive thru atm the security literally was next to my car I was real bothered I called this location spoke to someone and explained what happened I was told the manager would give me a call back and I never heard back from them! Horrible customer service! I’ve been with BOA for over 10years and never had a bad experience until now!

Very unfriendly bank. Mean assistant manager. Very rude. Need good friendly services.

I stop to cash a check from BOFA but I'm gardener, a little sweetie and dusty they didn't want to honor a check from their own bank, I'm not Asian like all the staff so this is a clear discrimination against someone who looks different less clean

Manager is very rude and not professional at all they can not even deposit my money in to my account. Very disappointed ☹️ will never bank with them again
