I've done a number of new loans and refinances with different mortgage brokers and lenders in the last five years, and Loan Factory has been by far the best. They have their process down to a T. They actually closed my last refinance early, at a time when many struggle to close on time! Their systems work, and what you see on their dashboard actually represents the status of your application. At Loan Factory everyone knows their job, so as an application goes through the different stages, the hand-offs go without a hitch. I will definitely work with them again on a future mortgage loan.
