Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

All I can say is that this bank specifically is very, very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I had to close my bank because of the experience I had with several bank tellers and customer service. They literally give you a bad look, bad attitude and yet they give you false answers just to be done with you and help the next person. I wish I can rate a zero but can't. Whoever manages this bank is doing something wrong. Also from what I've experienced with bank of america is that they steal your money, so people keep an eye out and don't do business with this bank. I suggest they close down this bank or hire professionals who know how to treat people right.

This bank is always packed and only has two tellers...what a joke. And its the only one open in palm springs for in person banking.

I actually am not a customer of BofA but if I ever changed I would user them. I deposit money into my landlord's account every month using the automated teller. Very very easy to use. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but I think it is worth it. The store is always very clean and all the tellers seem nice and helpful.

Two months ago I had a charge of $77 on my account. It's charged every 6 months, so I had forgotten about it. My account went $7 negative, but a week later $20 went into my account. However, Bank of America charged a $35 fee because of the $7 my account was negative for 1 week. ..So now my account was negative, even though it would have been positive if it wasn't for the fee. .. So now Bank of America charged $35 every week, plus returned a $9 charge from the Gas company, and put a $40 fee for that. So the gas company tried again, and the fees were rolling. Bank of America charged $280 in fees in 3 weeks, till I discovered that the account had gone negative. I went to the bank, and the incompetent manager wouldn't remove the fees. They could see that the account was only negative because of the fees, and that I have had the account for 4 years, and never had any problems. $280 in fees for $5 negative for a week!!! And then the idiots won't remove them!!!! This CLEARLY shows that Bank of America is NOT your friend, or partner in finance. Bank of America is nothing but a parasite, that will try their best to leech people for money. There is NO reason why BoA should get the $280 in fees for such a small negative. No reason what so ever, and still the incompetent manager stands in front of me, telling me that he can't remove the fees. Of cause he could, but he wouldn't. I told them that they could close my accounts, and that I will NEVER use BoA again. I ripped my cards, and threw them away.

ALWAYS understaffed. ALWAYS a huge wait. NEVER a good experience. I live a half a mile away and 9 times out of 10 end up walking out of the bank and driving to Palm Springs, wait in line, drive back home, and it's still a shorter amount of time than my quickest experience at this location. Avoid at all costs, it will cost you less time in the end, guaranteed.

The Worst Bank in America. Take your money is the real name of this place Please don't bank here they rip of the elderly monthly. And all of these reviews they don't even have the guts to respond because they know that they're the lowest rated business in America 💯.

Someone skimmed my bank card info from a local BofA atm and attempted to withdraw 1k from this location Sunday afternoon with a cloned replica of my bank card. Luckily my fraud alert stopped it. I have tried alerting the bank to no avail. Please avoid BofA atms in Palm Springs!! They are compromised.

It's unfortunate there's no opportunity for the public to choose a negative number as a rating for this bank. I don't understand how this bank can still be open. When the management is incompetent, who else can you turn to for help. Is was an absolutely jaw dropping experience and I will never set foot in any B of A branch again. Avoid this bank at all cost. If you bank here, take your money and run!!

Complete garbage! We pay large fees every month to have only 2 tellers on. The lines are always long. They try to force-Fetish us into using their lazy automated station-ATMs. This new automated ATMs allows them to minimize them hiring REAL people to work in the physical branch!
