They are very unprofessional WORST Customer Service WORST interest rates They don't have RECORDED LINES THEY STEAL FROM YOU! I have proof of documentation if needed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.! (SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY) !!!

We worked with Nikki and she was awesome! This is the second time we've gone to One Main and they were great both times! The interest rates could be a little lower but, they helped me so much, I can't complain! They get your money to you fast!!!!!!

First experience was good got the loan I wanted to the terms I needed and the customer service was there, as I’m paying of my loan I get messages saying I’m pre-approved for more. I figured experience should go smoothly again but turned out after I submitted my application I it got denied and it hurt my credit score.One main financial don’t lead your customers believing something and then hurting there financials that’s how you lose the customers you already have.

Where do i begin, after several weeks of back and forth with applying for a loan i was told i was approved but they would continuously ask for additional information the entire process dragged on for almost 2 months lets begin with “Yocelin” As hard as it was to understand her half of the time her English isn't the best, she is very unprofessional doesnt return phone calls when you leave several messages doesn't seem to know what the requirements are , so you are constantly getting told “ im going to review this and speak to my manager “ then the manager “lidia” pretends to be kind and helpful yet also always has excuses when you reach out like oh “yocelin” is your loan manager but is on vacation she will return Monday “ then you call yocelin is always with a client and so forth only for them to “deny” the loan due to not “providing” everything requested on time LoL , id like this review to be helpful for anyone who is in need of a quick loan i would NEVER recommend this branch whatsoever NOR main financial either customer service is not worth it no one seems to know what they’re doing like i said completely unprofessional and they will waste your time , luckily i went through a different company and was approved and funded within 48hrs honestly glad i had this bad experience with them because i can inform others of their poor customer service :) good luck you'll need it here

Over half your monthly payments will go towards interest with a minimal portion going directly towards the loan itself making it difficult to pay off in a timely manner. I would not recommend for anyone as I deeply regret having done so myself.

I wanted to get a loan to boost my credit excellent. However, the lady I got was Lydia... I seen a better deal for me from one financial that was a lower amount but she said I couldn't do that one without a 36% APR. Even though the deal said 26% APR. Didn't seem like she wanted to help find something that was good for me. As if she was just looking for her next big check. I didn't get my good credit score where it's at just to go into debt. It took years of hard work and sacrifice. I Thank the good Lord above I wasn't desperate for a loan so I am glad I able to just walk away.

Very rude and unprofessional, rushed me off the phone. Did not explain how the loan process worked. If I did not own a car they could not help me. I would need a co signer. But I qualified. I am so confused. If the companies want to do better and not recieve bad reveiws than they need to hire leaders not managers. Credit karma need to stop promoting this business.

Cannot say enough good things about the experience at One Main Financial. Everything thing was easy. The individual who helped in getting the new loan was extremely helpful. Her outstanding professionalism was so greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend your company and services,

They’ve always helped me out when I needed it. Very friendly and very good customer service. Interest rates are too high but I would recommend them to anybody and I have but when they find out interest rates they won’t check them out.
