Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Bonita Beach Rd, Bonita Springs

My bank is Suntrust, but I needed cash in a hurry so I went to this BOA, what a mistake, I put my card in and it told me is was unable to read my card, I did it a second time, same thing, the third time it took my card, the screen said something like we have taken your card call your financial institute to get a replacement card. This was on a Saturday, Monday morning I tried calling the branch 7 times and no answer.

We have been long time Bank of America clients up in Atlanta where we currently live. While traveling in Bonita we stopped in this branch to get some help with depositing an E-Check. The first person we spoke with was clueless. While there my wife overheard Lori speak to another client about us, about how we were trying to pull one over the bank. Not only is that massively condescending, cruel, and nasty, it is just plain stupid. We have been depositing the same sort of eCheck at our branch for a long time. How can depositing a check be pulling one over? It will either clear or not. No attempt was made to investigate. Her whole attitude was of being bothered by everybody there. We noticed that the lobby was full of people waiting and all of them looked extremely unhappy. I would not recommend this Branch to anybody.

If there was a 0 star I would of rate them that.! No staff helping. Three of them walking around like zombies, not helping!! Only two employees at the counter that work likes sloths!! No Spanish speaking staff that help workers that can express what they need. No greetings!! Like really? Long wait time like 30 minutes!!! Open more counters !!!

Waited over an hour to talk with a worker in attempt to get unreasonable overdraft fees waived. After 30 minutes they concluded that there was nothing they could do to get them waived. I left and called bank of America customer care and within 5 minutes was granted my request of having my overdraft fees completely waived.

I only come here to deposit checks for a client. This is the last bank i would use in my own personal business. Always a long wait, long lines and understaffed.

This Branch at all locations should be open until 6 on Friday. The working class need to be able to cash thier checks. It is bad buisness decision which reflects that they are not a welcoming company. The covid-19 pandemic is at a pace where buisness hours should be back to normal.

Michael, the bank manager, is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about him and the great customer service he provided to me. I highly recommend this BOA location. I’m in town on business so this isn’t even my regular location, but Michael made me feel like a vip. I’m buying a house and I had a deadline to complete some urgent financial matters, and he took care of me, and he also took care of many other customers who were waiting. It was a great experience. Thank you Michael.

Absolutely the worst location of the worst bank in America. Lines out the door. 15 min wait to make a deposit. One teller working on a Friday afternoon. They closed the drive thru due to "fraud". Funny how many other banks dont seem to have that issue. Also I'm convinced they frequently "wipe" these reviews due to the high volume of angry customers in this dump.

Horrible service at the counter, To think I opened up a business account here two days ago. Totally regret even going into this branch. Bad attitudes! Go elsewhere people! Bank Of America, Incase you want to fire the person that was rude, it was the black teller, curly hair, bad attitude, surely you know who I am speaking of if you ever when to the branch.

If I could leave a no star, I would.
