This branch was amazing, especially Summer. She helped me navigate the estate division and took care of everything that I needed. Thanks for all the help!
Hello. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Summer and the financial center associate's were during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. Have a nice and safe day. ^susan

All of their drive thru teller windows are permanently closed. So any transaction short of a simple ATM withdrawal, we are forced to go inside the bank and risk our lives during this Pandemic. Very rude tellers. Unfriendly atmosphere. No one says welcome, smiles or much less offers to help you.

I was running late, but made it to the bank before 4pm yesterday. I understand they close at 4pm. I was there at 3:55pm. They had locked the door already. Then as I knocked on the door, they stared at me as if I was seriously expecting them to want to take care of a customer. It amazes me that this bank always asks me to do more business with them, but when I need to do business with them, they lock me (and all the other customers) out before closing. God forbid they have to stay 3-4 mins after closing.

Lindsay Harris was great - she helped handle a number of things on the accounts with ease. Tough to find a good banker these days - would recommend her.

Long wait for a teller (only one) yet there are more employees siting in their chairs than helping customers get in and out quickly.

waiting for a call back from the manager. Kevin shouldn't be allowed to speak to the public. I don't use twitter or facebook. Still waiting for the call back. Not looking to engage on twitter and facebook unless its a regional manager/director that will address my issue.

Same thing here. It’s as if the whole bank is predicated on the idea that no one who banks there has an actual job. Not open one minute past 5pm all week. Not open one minute all weekend. Barely open for the 36 hours per week they advertise as open hours. And beyond that, every time they charge you a random fee (like $3 for using another bank’s ATM, even when that bank (justifiably) already charged you $3) they claim it is just an “industry standard”. Well not at other banks in town, one of which I’ll be visiting with a banker’s check shortly. That is, if you’re ever there to write it (maybe that is the strategy... a financial hostage situation!).

Called because I need to get a document notarized, I was told on the phone that I can come in even without being a member, went on my lunch break and then got there and was told no I cannot get it notarized because I was not a member and not one person even tried to accommodate anything after me driving all the way over there. How unprofessional.

One teller 3:30 pm and 7 in line. But I can hear many employees in back laughing and not concerned. It is always like this when I pay rent here. The worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

Got appointment with notary, waited for 20 min, nothing... go to March Landing location, much better service.
