Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove

They keep only one booth open for transaction. Rest of the ppl just walk around. It take more then 30 minutes to withdraw or deposit. They do it intentionally.

Please do not use these ATM right now. My father's card got hack after using ATM at this location. Please check your account and contact bank of America. Update: Bank of America will send technician to inspect the ATM. Update2: BoA's responses to money stolen from their customer is to not give back money to customer but to close them.

This branch was closed for the longest time. I believe it was reopened not to long ago, and now its closed again??? Jeez!

Came in to deposit multiple checks on a weekday and the line was ridiculous! There were only 2 window tellers open and my wait was over 25 minutes. Hate to deposit cash thru ATM so I'm going to have to suffer and just wait. This branch does have 3 automated self service stations which is nice if you have your ATM/debit card.

There’s an young asian man here named Andrew. He’s very rude. I came in for a temporary debit card because I’ve ordered one twice and never receive my replacement in the mail. He kept interrupting me, and rolling his eyes. Maybe he needed a lunch break as he was the only teller available, but I work in customer service as well and wouldn’t dare treat a customer like that. When I told him my card kept getting lost in the mail he blew me off saying well most people don’t realize it comes in a blank envelope I told him I’m well aware this isn’t my first time dealing with a replacement card it’s not sitting in my junk pile??? Once again he rolls his eyes. He even said what do you even need it for? What kind of question is that??? Hate to be “that” person but I noticed he was not treating the asian patrons before me this way. Very rude. Too bad he’ll suffer no repercussions. Find a new job if you hate yours so much. Taco Bell is hiring.

The ATM machine ate my friends card. The whole situation around what happened was sketchy. We watched someone use the ATM before us, it was completely functional. We walk up, we put the card in and once we do the machine says "out of order". So we try to call the number on the ATM, but they said their "store hours" are over. Then after sticking around for a little longer we heard the machine shift around. We kind of yelled to get the guy behind the ATM and he said he cant get our card back to us.

THE BRANCH IS TEMPORARY CLOSED . BUT THE WEBSIDE IS STILL ACTIVE AND RECEIVE APPOINTMENT . I HAD AN APPOINTMENT ON 01/19/2022 AT 10AM BUT THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED . PLEASE UP TO DATE .

I’ve been a Bank of America customer since 2012. And today cuts the cake. I deposited my work check not even 1k and they put a 11day hold on my check! Are you serious! 11days this isn’t even a personal check it’s a check from my job! A legitimate company I waited 3weeks for my first paycheck now I have to wait 2 more weeks I will never ever bank with them once this check clears it will be in the dumpster. I have bills to pay no I will be short for the next 2 weeks f Bank of America.

Don't bank here people, the line to get service is awful. 2 tellers to 25 people waiting in line. I don't bank here but every time I have to deposit money for my workers it takes at least 30 min in line. You have options, USBANK, Union Bank even Chase.

How can Bank of America gain clients trust, bring business over and willing to deepen relationships, if they give such cold, robotic and unpathetic interactions? Well at least at this branch. The teller and FCM were very condescending! If you want to have a better experience go to a different branch! Trust me, it's not worth coming here!!!
