I am beyond grateful for the hard work that Elsa did for me! She made sure that I was happy with the outcome! I was really stressed about cashing my tax refund and she made sure to exhaust all options to make me happy! She called multiple supervisors to help me out and reassured me everything was going to be okay! I will come back and make sure to ask for Elsa! Thank you and keep up the amazing attitude!

I went in the cash my check in and they first wanted to charge me $80 dollars that’s with no taxes included. Then later I told Gloria (the girl who attended me) that I was not going to pay that amount. So they put it down to $40. So I ended up paying around almost $50 total. Once she gave me my money she mentioned how she opened a bank account the meta bank for me and it can be a saving account and it’s free and gave me a tempt card. A week later I receive in the mail a letter saying how I have to meet the requirements of being deposited $400 within thrifty five days if not o was going to be over draft $100. And because I didn’t deposit money within 24hours I was already over drafted money on that account. First off, I never asked Gloria for a card, I just went in to cash my check. Second of all, Gloria NEVER cared to give me explanation about how the card works. Elsa, was there also and knows Gloria did not give me full details nor did she. I called back to cancel that card and then Elsa said she couldn’t on her end. Makes no sense how they are so easy to charge you money and open that bank account but can’t cancel it. I had to call customer service and they said they can’t cancel it because I’m at a negative on the account and I need to pay it off first. I would rate it a 0 star if I could. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, it’s a rip off.
