Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Point Fosdick Dr, Gig Harbor

One of the worst waiting times of any Bank Of America I have ever visited. Been a customer for over 10 years. The clerks are kind enough, I just can't believe with such their low ratings on Google and they're multiple complaints about wait times that they haven't yet hired an extra teller to help out. I would definitely not recommend coming here if you're able to avoid it.

Worst wait times ever. Friday at 2:30 and they have 1 drive through lane open. Waited close to 15 minutes with the car in front of me taking about 10 minutes of that time. I made a CC payment and the gal actually said to me, "we invite you to come in for these transactions". I was making 1 payment! I invite them to have more than 1 drive through lane open on a Friday. AND get updated computer equipment that doesn't take forever. As a business person in Gig Harbor, I deal with Columbia, Umpqua, Chase, Heritage and BOA. BOA is DEAD last in wait times. I dread every trip there.

BE WARNED! Do not trust your money here. I will have achieved my doctorate in pychology within the next six months and I will honestly say, I have never felt more belittled in a "professional" environment in my life. There seems to be constant problems with my money, not to mention transaction dates and bank information being changed. Not to mention nobody there is willing to help me or even try, they simply say My concerns are illegitimate and that I am wrong and tell me to move on with zero answers, questions, or accountability. There are few good employees here, mostly the younger ones, but the majority are ignorant, VERY rude, and judgmental. I'm amazed I ever chose to bank here.

I always get good service here. Had a couple problems a year or two ago and they made it right with me so they have my business. Susan is usually the one I talk to and she's literally the best.

Been going through port orchard boa for the past few weeks trying to figure out a check issue that gig harbor boa delt with amazingly in less then an hour! Great customer service and very pleased with the out come.

My wife and I were Platinum customers of BOA for decades in Texas where customer service was good and professional. We moved to the Gig Harbor area in September and have had nothing but bad experiences with the BOA branch here. They always appear to be too busy to help, even when there are few customers in the bank. The place seems like it is in a constant state of confusion. Anything outside depositing money with this branch seems like a real imposition. And, if you are lucky enough to get help outside a deposit, it takes foreverrrrrrrrrr!!! We are considering after decades to take our money elsewhere! This BOA is pitiful...

I own a business in Bremerton and Have to go to Silverdale or Gig Harbor to do deposits. I Live in Gig Harbor so I bring my son (5) with me on Saturdays but... Closed on Weekends "Covid". There seems to be a disconnect. Bad management. Considering taking my money elsewhere.

I only come when I have to pay my visa. Slowest service anywhere. With all the bad reviews why don't they do something? My quess, they don't care. Always a long drive thru wait. I've been here for 10 minutes and was the first here. Now there are 4 cars waiting. I just got helped...this is unacceptable.

Wait times take forever and the staff look like they came out of college with degrees in the arts. Constantly having chats with customers for 5+ mins when there's a line 5-6 people long. Always asking if I'm gonna start an account but I'm going with becu, and even if I couldn't, I wouldn't go to boa.

This place is terrible. Came in today to withdraw cash and was told they were out. What's the point of banking with a big bank if you have to drive 30 minutes to another location with cash?
