Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Main St, Lebanon

Opened a bank account for my minor with the perk of no maintenance fees. During eight months the account assessed a maintenance fee, Genine Durso and her supervisor Shelli Wolfe couldn't manage to correct this set up error. I was in disbelief!

Someone opened a account in my name, and no one at our local bank of America will answer calls to fix this issue.

I had an appointment with them at 3:30. They give me 30 minutes lectures for no reason and they were very rude and resist and unprofessional staff very mean with customer, I have been customer with bank of America’s since 2011 there is no loyalty I will change bank soon!

Sorry customer service,rude , can't get thru to a human on phone, been a customer for over 60 years think that will change, wtth there attitude they don't care.

This place has the laziest banker hours anywhere. Pathetic that this place is not open on Saturday like every other bank. This location chose to close theyre drive up window. This bank of America does not care about its customers. It makes it a point to make it harder for the customer to do business. Do yourselves a favor and put your money in a bank that cares. 0 stars is more like it.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Bank of America is the worst bank ever. They make going to the bank the worst experience possible. They no longer have the drive thru option so you must go in to the bank for all transactions that can’t be done on the ATM. You then have to wait in a LONG line. They do not care for their customers, I worked for a small business that banked there. With little notice and after over 10 years of having an account in GOOD STANDING Bank of America decided to close the account giving the reason of “business decision”. That is what Bank of America thinks of their customers. DO NOT BANK AT BANK OF AMERICA!!

I go into this location to set up a checking account. I walk in and I'm the only one at the counter line. There are 2 tellers, not with customers, another employee is talking with them while I'm standing there holding my son waiting on then. Not one person even acted like I was there. No hello or anything. I try to call the branch to file a complaint and they said there was nobody available. I walked out and there is no way in hell they will have my business and I will be having my wife switch banks as well...

Used to have an account with Bank of America and today was planning on opening another but while waiting in the lobby I decided to leave due to a very disturbing security guard with head phones in her ear and constantly beating on the wall. Banks are supposed to be quiet and pleasant; and the security guard should be paying attention to their surroundings not listening to music beating on the wall. Very destracting towards the customers and I'm sure banker's as well.

I would give negative stars if it allowed me. They have the worst hours of any bank. Their staff are all rude and very slow. There will be a line out the door and 1 teller behind the desk and you’ll see employees just walking around doing nothing to help. The phone lines are non existent apparently because I’ve never spoken to anyone on the phone at this location. They need to replace all staff or close this location. I’m closing my account.
