Regions Bank W Main St, Lebanon

The bank tellers here are great and I've had terrific visits here each time I've had to bank in person. Lovely folks!

This bank has the worse employees ever! I go to mt.juliet or even Nashville branches just so I don't have to deal with them. I opened my account there so it's my home branch but not for long! After today being told that there was nothing they could do to help resolve my banking issue and going to another and the gentleman made about 30 calls to get my answer! Basically the folks at Lebanon branch and lazy and non caring! Cold hearted and have absolutely 0 (zero) personality. I don't need their money, all I wanted was an explanation.

Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Have a checking account with this branch. They act like our money belongs to them. Nothing but one hassle after another to withdrawal funds from our account or cash checks even though there is more than enough money in the account to cover it. I would nor recommend this bank to anyone that needs access to their money.

I recently moved to Lebanon, and changed banks from Bancorp South in Brentwood. Never thought I would find the excellent customer service at any there bank as BCS. Regions has equaled the excellence I am used to. I have been banking and investing at the Lebanon branch for nearly a year now, and my husband has been there for years. Love it!!!

3 Tellers at the windows and only 1 working🤬 the people in the offices let a woman count all her change while there were customers waiting ..I waited for 45 minutes and she is still counting change🤬...horrible customer service in the Lebanon TN branch

During a ATM deposit ($400) the ATM shut down. This happened on the 14th. I was told 24-72 hours I will have my money back. The ATM get service twice a week. At the 72 hour I was told there was no time that I will received my money because it goes thru a 3rd party. I was told numerous of times to call the 800 number. I spoke with 5 different reps and they all said they could not do anything because the claim was done in the branch. The last rep put her supervisor on the phone and told me what to do step by step to get my money back because this is not the first call she has received about this particular branch. I ask to speak with the branch manager and a teller called me back. I am still waiting on my funds to be deposited.

Went by the bank to deposit a check yesterday, Nov 10, 2020, and there was a sign on the door "bank temporarily closed". I guess they decided not to tell anyone since I wasn't the only car there. And they HAD been open prior to.

I thought all banks open at 8 or 8:30 am I work 9-5 so I can't get in to make a withdraw or do any banking and never can get anyone to answer the phone.

Banked with Regions since before the buy out of AmSouth. The only recurring issue I have had for MANY YEARS, is that there are no other ATM's anywhere in town (or further out) except the ONE at the branch on Main Street. I do not work or live in the city and paying a fee for using other ATM machines is just not a fair business practice. I have made 10 million request for another machine but to no avail, yet I continue to pay the fees for ATM services. It's nerve-wracking!!!

I go see Kathrin every morning to deposit for my job and she really goes out of her way to be kind and take care of customers! Thanks Kathrin!
