Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Main St, Hendersonville

Only go there once a month to pay my mortgage. There is always a line of 5 or more people and only one teller. It definitely should not take 20 minutes to pay a bill. Also no drive thru.

Great Staff! We went in because we had deposited a cashiers check a week before in a Lebanon branch, and for some unknown reason our money was being out on hold? Hmm. So we came here and were greeted by Miranda, who couldn’t have done more for us if she tried. She worked out the issue and phoned up to try to fix it for us. She was met with hostility and a woman who refused to help, and then she tried the same department again and got met with the same hostility from a man who became very testing towards her and just hung up. She then had to go out of her way to phone different places and people before she could get the right response, and finally she resolved our issue with a smile and got our money for us. Brilliant. Excellent customer service from the teller, not so much from the department she was trying to call.

Had to take care of couple of banking issues and gentlemen at this branch were simply AMAZING. Can not get any better. So kind , so polite. And so helpful. Thank you guys

The worst BOA branch in the whole state. Just went in to change my online banking email address due to emergency and cyber threat, she (the manager) told me I had to wait 2 hours or set an appointment for that; while not a single person was inside the bank!!

4th Bank of America I’ve been to in this town and it’s closed too. I’m just about to switch to a different bank that is open seeing as even all the bank of America’s in bigger towns and cities are open and yet these people can’t get it right.

I can't remember the last time I was here and didn't have to wait a minimum of 15 min to even reach a teller. I just keep getting told to use the mobile app which I use unless I need something specific or check cashing. Every time I hear the same excuse that someone called in and didn't come to work. They don't have a dedicated teller working the drive thru, so you are guaranteed to wait in line if you need to stay in the car. Severely understaffed. The only thing keeping me at BOA is the size of their network for when I travel.

I had a savings account in 1965ish. Every transaction was made at the bank with a teller. Mrs Meadows. I miss her and her smile! Today most banking activity is thru this app. No smile, but WAY less steps, issues, errors, aggravation, scheduling. A couple of banking tasks yet to be fixed, wire transfers, mortgages, that person who takes my name when I need help.

Have used BoA here in Hendersonville for over 15 years and always get courteous customer service for new checking accounts and home equity lines, etc. Online experience and phone app are useful, easy to check balance online and deposit checks via phone.

I called concerning about my checkbooks. I talked to 3 different people. All said they was going to give me a call back. Never got a called back. Its annoying that they cannot keep their word to there loyal customers.

One teller working on a Friday. Line 10 people deep. With no drive through at all to help as well. Terrible service.
