Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Henderson

Another Bank of America branch and another endless wait for service. One teller because the second decided lunch was a good idea while customers are waiting.

I have been with this bank for over 20 years. I came in and asked for a copy of my statements and they wanted to charge me $5 a statement printed. The funny thing is they convinced me to do paperless statements and now that I need my statements for taxes they want to charge me. Then I ask to talk to a manager which the girl went in Got another teller to come out and tell me that they won't be printing and for me. I will be canceling my accounts at Bank of America on my next day off anyone have any good recommendations for credit Union? I hear they have good customer service

This Bank of America is a good location for any banking business. It’s really close to my office on Eastern and I never have to wait in line for very long when it comes to any business that might need me to have to interact with a teller. Staff is very friendly and always helpful and kind when it comes to answering any bank related questions!

The place is clean and staff is very polite. I met with relationships manager Christopher in order to sort out quite a long list of things i needed to do and he was more than kind and friendly. Even though they close at 1 PM and my appointment was only supposed to be from 12:30-1, he continued to help me sort out what I needed to do until 1:30. The staff is great and very polite, this is the only BOA I will go to for all future purposes!

Awful service. Rude personal banker . Two personal bankers just walking around, man was going to assist me but female told him they were too busy. Female gave me incorrect information about making a wire transfer from home. I gave her an amount and she assured me I could wire this amount. I couldn’t!

There is no way to get in and out of any Bank of America in less than 30-45 minutes no matter what you are having done. I've never experienced a bank that throws up roadblocks and delays at every single turn. They're extremely difficult to deal with.

I just had a meeting with Sam Petrolia that clearly could not help my client's with their Trust documents - what a disrespectful and incompetent person. Seriously, this branch absolutely sucks!

Arrived at this bank at 11:53am. There were 4 people in line ahead of me with only one teller working. One customer left she said she had already waited for 15 minutes. I finally was waited on at 12:21pm and when I left there were 6 people waiting with still one teller working. Poor service at this branch.

The banking cartel at Bank of America is getting worse and worse. I went into the branch today to get to cashiers checks and they charge me $15 per cashiers check for a total of $30. I have been banking with Bank of America for 20 years and the manager would not waive the cashier check fees. I find it apalling that we can deposit our money into the bank and get no interest for any of our savings and they loan out that same money 10 times over at high interest rates. I am planning now to open a new account for my personal and business banking with another bank. Thank you for helping me make this decision Bank of America.

Always slow in process, you can wait 20 minut and they pull the teller just before you, but of course with nice smile on the face no care fir the costumers. Business line is open and slow it is better go to regular line when they have 3 tellers. But they get your $ so way to worries, your problem no bank.
