Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Broadway, New Haven

My husband and I went in for a joint bank account change, but due to us being foreigners on visas, there were a lot of problems to process in the system. But the manager, two bankers (Jason and Brenda) made their best efforts to help us out, and were so polite, considerate and patient throughout the entire process. Not only were they trying to fix the problem in the computers, they also kept explaining and reassuring us along the way while they were doing the changes in the super complicated system. We felt such warmth and kindness from them, and wanna thank them for going out of their ways to help us and treat us so nicely. It was a Saturday late morning, when they could have gone off work at 12pm but they stayed and helped us. We were so so grateful and went home with our bank account fixed as joint. Thank you so much!

Instructions are not clear for required documents. I came first time and inquire then come back to submit and hearing different stories. I wasted my time twice in a day during my off. Never in my life encounter a bank that is not accommodating. Don't even deserve 1star. I should have checked the reviews prior going to this location

Awful. I went through the drive-through ATMs. There were two and neither one worked, and of course there was no warning before having to reverse to get back into the parking lot. I go in to use one of their ATMs and it eats my card and that's it. It's 830am so they're not open, but I see someone sitting there and he refuses to help me, tells me I have to sit there and wait until they open. I call customer service only for them to explain that I wouldn't even be able to get that card back and I need a new one sent in the mail. I'm glad I didn't wait. First and very last time there.

Cant cash a person check in my account even when i have thousands in there switching to wells fargo.. At least i can get a loan from wells fargo

There was a very long line and we waited a lot, but then they were very helpful. Jason is a great banker. Ask for him and he'll take care of you.

Towed a car they had no business towing, was waiting on insurance to pick it up. Real nice. That's just another bill that needs to be paid on top of all 4 tires slashed. New haven is garbage and so is this bofa.

Worst branch in the chain! 10 person line with 1 teller. 3 people sitting behind desks doing nothing. BOA Close this branch you will save money. Update: Rhona was very nice and a pleasure to do business with . As far as management I would question their ability to manage this branch efficiently

Jason helped us with setting up a bank account very patiently and was very helpful and respectful all throughout the process. Although the place in itself can have long lines at times, and we waited for about an hour.

I like to give the benefit of the doubt when I see places with awful reviews but this one lived up to it. I think I saw 7 employees with a total of one actually actively doing something to address the line of people. Was not impressed with that one's customer service acumen either.

I never ever seen anything like it, try to call, you need account , other wise no answer ,all banks are closed, no information, For safety of employees, that is a joke, I am Trying to talk on a phone
