TD Bank Chapel St, New Haven

This is one of the best TD banks I've been to!! It is so clean and everyone is so professional. I needed a new card and it was ready for me and I was in and out. The representative that helped me was very friendly and helpful. It's on Chapel St so I thought parking would be rough but it's very easy. It's right on the corner so you can get parking easily.

I call and set up an appointment for a debit card with Felician and of course when I arrived I have to wait 30mins before I’m helped. This is after the rep promised I would be seen right away knowing the matter was time sensitive. The service sucks. What is the point of creating an appointment if you always have to wait 30mins to an hour to be seen for something as simple as a debit card replacement. I can understand everyone has moments but the people in this new haven branch that were "selected" over a pool of other qualified applicants to represent TD Bank are very rude and unprofessional time after time. Staff aren't friendly or welcoming at all. This team either don't understand that each account holder or potential no matter age, race, or gender deserve to have at least a good if not great teller to account holder transaction or they don't care because they don't know how to properly communicate with people. It seems like an issue that is being swept under the rug by management especially being able to judge from experiences and by the same negative reviews I see left. Oh I don't recommend using this bank horrible service

Used to be very fancy and lovely. no rest room for the customers, broken coin count machine (my kids favorite), not many service can offer. only kind and friendly staffs are their resources, but without any help for them, how long it will work for the customers? WiFi, available with my surprise!!

Very rude customer service from the male manager on duty on 3/16/22. I was making an inquiry and he just brushed me off like I was invincible and didn’t provide any service. I mean a whole manager!!! This is so poor but luckily a sweet rep apologized on his behalf and acknowledged his lack of etiquette. Such a person shouldn’t be allowed to manage an institution like TD Bank.

The behavior of the staff and Super Pfizer is very bad and rude, and they have a method to complicate transactions and do not treat customers respectfully. I give them a score of zero out of ten. I can’t comeback to this branch never

They are liars in this branch...They lie about their policy and change the way they do things in an instant based on their own feelings...The tellers seem mad and unfriendly...and the manager doesn't have a clue...she's tryin to explain to me how I can't cash a check from another bank but she wasn't listening to me when I speak and told her I didn't want to cash the check I wanted to deposit the check into my checking acct...the most inconvenient bank around...tsk tsk td bank...smh...I'm disgusted...death to centralized finance...I have my crypto accts and hardwallets hot or cold ready

Best customer service in the country. I'm privileged to bank with these fine gentlemen. Their check in system works flawlessly. Only had to try twice and wait 40 minutes on a weekday.

Spoke with Branch Manager today. Great person. Look forward to doing business with them.
