Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills

Every single time I go in there too get change for our store it's an ordeal. Today was 21 minutes, but there's been times it's been 30 minutes. Just to get some 5's and 10's. The machine to count the money doesn't work properly so the tether has to run it through about 20 times, no exaggerating on that either. No one smiles or seems to want to be there and never an apology for having to wait wait while you look at workers just standing around. Absolute worst customer service.

I recently opened an account with Bank of America. I was unaware that branch locations do not offer debit card printing for replacement or new cards. Instead of the branch manager simply saying Bank of America does not offer that service to customers, she went on a rant about how we cant have my debit card floating around at their facility and that they can't mail it to any Bank of America for security reasons. What are you talking about? If Bank of America doesn't offer debit card printing then I will simply get it mailed to my address. I said that to her, she disregarded and repeated the same thing about not being able to mail it to their facility for security reasons. I thought that was such a silly thing to say to a customer.

I was very upset when I went to this branch on 3rd Saturday of April, 2017 to cash out a check drawn from Bank of America. I go to this branch every month and the manager and teller knows that. When I went to cash a check in April the female teller and male manager told me that they don't have bills to cash the check for me. The check was for $2,206.00 and the bank doesn't have money to cash this check. This is B.S. I don't believe that. And then the teller said " I can give you all in one's if you like ?" I was furious and I left the branch and never use this branch nor Bank of America !!

Rasheeva is great. I've dealt with her for a few years now and she always does her best to help me out with my very specific needs. Everyone there is nice. I do not know what the bad review is about, but he just seems like someone who is close-minded and racist.

Their customer service sucks! They tell you to call ahead to get change from them you do and then they b****h about it and hang up on you. Speak with a manager and she is just as worse as the employees there. They never seem to want to help you or do anything. If I could give no stars I would.

I will not recommend this location to anybody , they always make a big problem.Definitely not Convenient for you.

Terrible customer service at this location. There should just be a drive up ATM because there is no customer service at this location. I've have had numerous unsuccessful attempts to complete banking at this location which would only have required a minimal amount of assistance over the past 2 years. The most recent occurrence was an attempt to make a deposit at the counter without a deposit slip and was told that "they only keep deposit slips for out-of-state customers at the counter". So if you are a Pennsylvania customer, you need to go, "OVER THERE" and get a slip and fill it out. Someone should notify the people at this branch location that there are many bank options today and several other banks within a 1 mile radius to choose from. If they spent more time assisting their customers instead of, "training the customer" on "how they do things" at their location, they would probably have MORE CLIENTS. I took my $25k deposit to another branch and they helped me at the counter with no questions asked. I will be closing my accounts and moving to another bank all together. I somehow had forgotten the last 3 negative experiences i had here so I appreciate the reminder - over a deposit slip! I would have felt better if I was told that "All deposit slips are kept OVER THERE" - than to tell me that out-of-state customers deposits are more important than mine!!!

This is a typical Bank of America branch. The people here have been nice to me, however I have heard some horror stories. The parking out front is free, and there are two drive-thru lanes with an additional drive-thru ATM located here. This location is extremely easy to see from the street. Parking at this location is free, however there are not many spaces. They have handicapped parking up front and just installed an additional handicap ramp.

Horrible this is the only boa in glen mills customer service is horrible the tellers are not professional "they" follow different rules and procedures from other boa branches not to mention slow ive been here 3 or 4x same issue for simple transactions transefers deposit withdrawals the things banks are supposed to handle they seem inept to be able to do so bank at this location at your own risk

This location has plenty of parking, drive-through access and adequate disabled-driver parking. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Great place to do business.
