Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Crenshaw Blvd, Inglewood

This branch has such a high volume of traffic but the sense of urgency to help customers is so lacking. A line of over 40 people with one teller?? Waiting over an hour just to be seen? That is crazy to me.

Used drive thru atm ate my $750 waited in line 30min to use atm after it took my 750 waited in line another 30min to go inside for the manager telling to call the 1800 number that the bank had nothing to so with the atm manager seemed like he didn't care stay away from this bank ! I believe his name is Muhammad bad service! Not even an apology

Everyone here looks so miserable. From the tellers to the bankers, no one smiles and they all seem irritated. Always 1 person at the window with 10+ ppl in line. There is NO SENSE OF URGENCY at this bank. The black lady there today on 12/3 at 12:12 at the end of the window definitely should take a class on smiling and professionalism. She “seems” as if she doesn’t like her job and she hates the public. Bank of America has some real work to do. Going to CAPITAL ONE

Worst service ever. I haver never had a problem cashing my work checks at Bank of America. Today I was told the item wasn't identified. Ok, what does that mean? The manager didn't even explained and didn't give me more info for me to understand. The tellers name is Maria and the manager didn't get her name. I was just to upset to ask for her name. I will not go back ever!!!!

There always a LONG line and it’s only 2 teller there I know for sure in other area like Beverly Hills the staffing is different. I’m tried of having to travel for good service but every month I’m chage a banking fee

There costumer service is horrible. They always only have 1or 2 bank tellers when you come to this location and the line is always out the door. They only like to really cater to people who are Spanish.

I uses to love Bank of America now in day they don't care about customers. They change policies for they own good the manager and tellers are not happy to help you. I have ben banking with them for about 20 years and i will be doing a chance soon, if your are planing to open an accout here think twice before you open your account at this bank do you home work, best for you will be a credit union or other bank.

Spend my hour lunch waiting in line to cash my check. Tellers are extremely slow and there is no sense of urgency at all. I used to work for BOA four years ago and at that branch I remember even the Assistant Manager having a teller box to help with the line. Not blaming the staff for the bad experiences but the branch Manager.

This branch is never adequately staffed. Especially during the first of the month and the day after a holiday. If you're lucky there may be two tellers (including merchant teller at times) Long lines and longer waiting times.

I have a small business and came in for change. Stood in the business line for over thirty min and on top of that the teller was helping both lines and making my wait even longer. Slow service. If I can give zero stars I would. They need to hire more tellers and honestly I'm the least person to complain.this is my fist review. I'm so disappointed
