closed 2 minutes early - thanks to guard . multiple people verified time, and of course was waiting for replacement card that is late, a lot of other problems with card stopped not given a temporary card anymore but phone at where told to call says yes they still privide? they do not know what is happening - guess they do not care!

Lines are always too long and not enough tellers. Be ready to wait for an hour just to get service. Hire more people!

Bank of America is just a terrible bank all around. The worst bank I have ever banked with besides Citibank. Their wait times for any location is always long!! You can never be in and out! The employees really do not care about having the customers wait. Old, disabled, pregnant, doesn't matter, they are going to make you wait.

Never fails.. there is a line with 20 plus people with 2 windows open.. if you are not in a hurry then be prepared to wait.. The employees could careless if you are customer or a panhandler.. the treatment is terrible. This financial institution is one of the largest as well as one of the worst banks in the nation.

Two tellers with 30 people in line. One teller was walking around visiting and distracting co-workers. Then a rude manager laughs and says other tellers are at lunch, and they're doing their best. I will never go back again, even though I live 5 minutes away.

Several seniors ignored the very long line and just cut line. Rightfully, someone complained to staff. An associate tried talking to an old man standing behind another customer at the teller window. The old man disregarded the associate and stepped to the window when it cleared and the teller helped him. Then the old man's friend jumped in next and to my surprise, was helped. As a Business Account holder whose substantial balance pays BoA's bills, and as one who was promised priority service, I am disgusted in a couple ways. 1) HIRE MORE TELLERS. 2) when people cut, refuse them service. That is just common sense. Worst bank service of my 51 years.

Recently went to get a replacement ATM card, which I figure would be a quick transaction . It turn out to be a 30 minute wait with a $5 charge unbelievable. The staff need a lot more customer service training.

They took them 1 hour to help me for one simple thing just to give a new Visa card horrible service horrible people not friendly 😢 I will never come back to the bank

Very frustrated with opening an account missed my am appt due to wrong time had to be rescheduled then came in and still waited over an hour had to leave extremely frustrating

This branch is just terrible at providing quality customer service to its customers. Two tellers taking care of 20 people in line. Who is the branch manager? They are not doing a very good job. I will not be coming back to this branch. Every review that I have read is very negativity. Honestly, this branch needs new tellers and a new branch manager.

This Bank does not deserve any start. They have the worst service ever. There is always big lines and they do not do anything about it. They are always short in tellers and the ones they have do not care about that and closes their windows even thought they see there is a lot of people waiting. I do not think they have a manager or if they do, the manager is worst then them for not caring about offering a better service what kind of manager is that I guess all she or he does is everything except working. Same thing happens when you are there to talk to one of the Banks Representatives in regards your accounts even thought they see there is people waiting to talk to them they just IGNORE YOU while they are sitting in their desks DOING NOTHING!!!! Once I had to stand up an ask one of them if she could help me she said yes but if I do not do so I would have been still waiting there for another hour.

Worst customer service. Whether you're a client yourself or doing a deposit for your own company. Lines become long and seem to take forever to get them taken care of. Saddest part is that it's quicker to get help in the regular versus the merchant line.

This place is horrible. The employee by the name of Sandie Hernandez proceeded to tell me how teller's deserve a break after I complained about being in line over 30 minutes. Did I mention that there was only one teller open at the time. The manager was useless... kept his head buried in the sand by only helping customers that could use the atm. This is definitely one of the worst banking experiences I've ever had. Thanks Sandie Hernandez for nothing. And thanks Bank of America for reminding me why I closed my account with your bank.

They deserve 0 star from 5. Today I went to well Fargo Bank it took me 2 minutes to due 2 transaction. I been waiting 50 minutes in line here at bank of america hawthorne and I'm one person away to see the clerk I guess my business going to other bank.
