Terrible service. Only 1 teller working, and several bank staff walking around apparently just chatting with eachother. The SINGLE teller was really nice, but even the woman that appeared to be the manager on shift didn't seem to care enough to hurry when called over by the teller. Talk about showing how LITTLE this bank cares about their customers!

My BOA in Hurst always closed. Customer Service sucks. I went to this bank. Diann Steven and LaChanna Sneed we absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. BOA needs more ladies like them. Love these ladies.

If I could put zero stars I would. A came in and the lady at the front was very nice she told me they would get right with me I ended up waiting for two hours. All I wanted to do was open an account because I’ve heard nothing but good things about Bank of America but now I’m going to have to choose a different bank. Ridiculous

I am in the Parkin lot as I’m writing this right now. I have been over an hour waiting and there was only 1 person in front of me. The lady that I was waiting for to talk to cut 2 people in front of me when I asked after the 2nd time the best she can tell me is that the guy had came back. But I was here for a little over an hour now and I never saw him. Either way. Why do you put people in order to wait if you are just going to skip people in front of them. This has been one of the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Makes you think twice about banking with Bank of America just having to deal with the employees in this store and the lady just talks more than she’s helping. My account has been locked since I first opened it over a week ago and it’s ridiculous that I open an account and still can’t use my card or even get decent help. Now my lunch is over and so it’s either get fired from work because this bank is slacking and they couldn’t take care of me specially after waiting and there’s was only 1 person in front of me. So it’s either keep waiting and get fired or go back to work and still not have money to buy food and put gas in my vehicle and account still locked due to Bank Of America’s mistakes.

Worst service ever went in before any other there appointments showed up just to get a replacement card I assumed it would be quick and easy. They told me I had to wait because they had appointments scheduled which was at 930 I got there right at 9 am when the doors opened if they really wanted to they could of helped me. Worst service ever!

You wouldn’t get service for what you came into the bank. The branch manager is so rude and even not communicating well with the clients. I have been Bank of America client for long time. I’m very disappointed with this branch services that they offer. For a small transaction you have to wait 3 /more hours.

Went in today to deposit a check & open up a savings account, figured it would be a easy since i already have a business account & person banking account.when asked for an ID i mentioned I misplaced my drivers license but did have my LTC which in Texas can be used as another form of ID. According to her it wasn’t possible that i needed my Drivers License. Completely unsatisfied with her service, I work down the street from this bank so now she made it more of an inconvenience for me to not want to go back there.

Went to cash a $69 at this location this morning did not have my debit card but had my credit and my drivers license for the great state Louisiana. The manager told me because there Machine could not read my license could not cash my check. Now I’m a preferred customer. Now when open that account been a preferred customer should not have any problems cash a check. I guess I was the wrong color the representative on the phone said go to another branch. I said wow ! Just going take my money from there.

Had to take out some cash for business and order checks. Dejae and Zac was the best including entire team who directed me to the right person and provided the best banking experience in person. I am going to go in this branch for all my needed taken care of moving forward and recommend other to do the same.

The worst banking experience ever. I went in to close one account and she closed the wrong account. I needed two new debit cards. She only gave me one temporary debit card. I couldn't get the second card because she closed the second account and would take time to reopen. She only sent me one card in the mail which caused me to have to go back and waste another hour getting another temporary card while they mailed the real card for the second account a few days later. Maybe because she was so concerned with trying to get me to sign up for a credit card that I told her I didn't want instead of just doing what I asked caused all of this problem. Being a salesman or saleswoman is one thing, but when the person clearly states they don't want your product leave them alone and do what they ask.
