Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Mission Ave, Oceanside

You will get charged for overdraft fees whether they cover your change or not. Way way illegal,band that's why bank of America had a 30 plus million dollar class action suit

I went to this location to use the ATM to withdraw cash. The atm was not working properly so it kept my cash and gave me a receipt saying I have withdrew. When I went inside, they told me my only option is to call and file a claim, meanwhile they kept allowing others to use the same broken machine after me. After much frustration and waiting on hold for customer service, I found out that the machine had automatically readjusted my balance. The tellers did not even try to look into my account to see if the money had been returned automatically or not. They just kept turning me away and telling me to call them myself. After finding out the funds were still in my account, I went inside to withdraw the cash. Without asking me what type of bills I wanted, the cashier gave me twenty 20 dollar bills. When I asked her to give me 100s instead she rudely said she couldn’t, she had to save it for others.

I was helped by David Betancourt while visiting my father in Oceanside. I traveled here from Texas & lost my ATM card somewhere along my way... He went ABOVE & BEYOND after I had a horrible experience at a branch in Riverside. In all my years as a Bank Of America customer I have never experienced such amazing service. Thank you David for your exceptional service. I cannot thank you enough.

What bank closes at 4PM on weekdays? A bank that has pretty helpful employees. Ruby was awesome.

2 consecutive days of malfunctions with the atms (ie. atm won't let me withdraw tells me my pin is wrong when it's not, and the second day it does not distribute my money. I told the staff about it and they are real quick to pass on the issue because they claim it is not their department.

I had the opportunity to work with Gabriela aka Gabby. She was very helpful as I went to the wrong branch despite having an appointment. She was able to assist and not give me the run around. A great asset to the organization. I will also visit this BOFA despite it being out of the way.

Do not go to this bank. I used to have an account with Bank of America but left due to their excessive fees. They literally said...go to a different bank. Now with this location. We are refinancing our home. The mortgage co. requested a cahiers check with documentation. I swear you not. People at this bank do not know about mortgage printouts and are absolutely incapable of helping. My family has gone back and forth to get info and almost each time we walk out. It's the wrong information needed for the mortgage company. On top of lack of knowledge. They can't even spell. They spelled title "Little." They are incompetant. Don't go!!!

Like any other "big bank" during busy times the lines are long and the number of tellers is short. Like 2 tellers working while there are 15 people in line... I try to avoid going in to any bank as much as I can, but sometimes it can't be avoided. For those times, I'm glad I have a smartphone so I can catchup on current affairs and whatnot.

So this is a place for business and acknowledging costumers is probably the reason of its standing. But really what happend to me was traumatic nd depressing. As a business costumer we expect to trust the bank, but one day we send an employee for quarters and dimes. When the employee returns we open the roll of dimes nd is full of pennies. I was like wow. So he went back for different dimes. Second time the same thing happens. Wow. I immediately take matters nd go myself to bank. When i get there HEIDI helped me. Nd i tell her what happens, she tells me what u want me to do we cant offer u a burger. Wow. Realy. I was irrated. I tell her that this should not happend and she tells me well u didnt ask if u wanted a fresh roll or from the batch. Aggh?? Really i never knew i had to ask for certain rolls when requesting change. Anyways, luis the manager approaches apologizes and i am on my way. A WEEK LATER MY SUPERVISOR COMES TO MY WORK AND TELLS ME WHAT I DID WAS NOT RIGHT BECAUSE THE OWNER OF MY WORK AND THE BANK ARE GOOD FRIENDS. SO HE TOOK ME TO THE BANK AND MADE ME APOLOGIZE TO LUIS AND HEIDI FOR MY BEHAVIOR. I WAS EXTREMELY 😡 BUT SINCE I NEEDED MY JOB I BOWED TO THEM. BUT REALLY UNTIL THIS DAY I CANT FORGOT THAT INCIDENT.

Excellent place to drive through has two atm in drivethrough. To open account you need an appointment.
