Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Baymeadows Rd, Jacksonville

Today was the 3rd time this month that I ended up walking out with out getting one I needed. I don't understand why they only have one teller working in the morning and there is 6 people in line waiting. Very frustrating, especially when am just trying to get change and I stand in line for 10 minutes because the person with the teller has questions and some time consuming transaction. And more frustrating when you see BOA staff just walking around. Open another window!

Staff is professional. The lack of a fifth star is beyond their control—their Peking lot is narrow and difficult to navigate when people are coming and going.

The tellers are very slow and understaffed. The overall staff is great very considerate very helpful and very knowledgeable

I came to the Baymeadows Bank of America today unbelievably frustrated with my current banker, PNC, and I am leaving with a new account at BofA and a positive mindset. My relationship banker, Amber Amor, was efficient, fast, intelligent, and knew the answer to every question I had. She took the time to patiently explain the process and clearly had my best interests in mind. Excited to bank with BofA. Thank you Amber!

Great experience here on 4/26/22. The management and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

This is one of the only open locations and they always have ONE teller open. There’s multiple employees who just walk around not assisting anyone. Either OPEN more locations or add tellers to the open branches. People want jobs, hire them so the rest of the country can get some service. This isn’t Walmart, we can open lanes y’all

They always helped 100% for all the service & info I needed 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. I always like to go to this location because I feel very good there.

Would give 0 stars. Went get change for business and they did not have any change? I am talking about 200 worth. What?

Very poor service. Took someone over 10 minutes to show up at the front desk. Came in just to get a pin reset for my debit card and here I am an hour and almost 20 minutes later and still have yet to be seen. The bank closed 19 minutes ago and the doors are locked tellers in the back doing nothing. Poorest service I’ve ever seen and I currently bank with VyStar and Wells Fargo and have never experienced this.

This bank is horrible! They closed branches ,only have 1 person working the teller inside when everyone within a 15 mile radius is coming here... super duper smart (not) . I'm number 7 in line been here 20 minutes already .. I'm only here to make a deposit for rent, I would never pay this bank to have an account here!
