Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Main St, Alpharetta

Recently visited this branch. Seema Kapur attended me. She was very helpful and friendly! It was my first time to the bank and she made my first visit very comfortable.

I am not a member of boa but I received a check on their bank. I have cashed checks before at other banks and other Bank of America’s and never had to wait for over and hour. But in line just waiting for verification. They refused to call the company the check was cut on. All I kept getting was, they are looking for something that they need to verify the check. When I ask what? They can’t tell me? Not to mention as I am sitting her (almost and hour) customers that came in, that bank with them, they gave a hassle for the simples things. How did other banks closed but this one with the bad customer service and lack of knowledge, remain open? Update: after writing this review Amanda the so called manager finally came out of the back after I inquired once again what was taking so long . Way over an hour. Her unprofessional attitude told me that she was doing me a courtesy of “trying” to manually verify the check. But calling the company that is in the area and the check was cut on, was not one of them. She blatantly refused. Which told me, it had nothing to do with the check. She wanted to know why this black lady came in with such a large check? Because surely it couldn’t be legit. I did let the company know. But I will also let their corporate office know as well.

Absolutely terrible. I came in to get help with my business checking account and person who was "helping" me was not helpful at all, didn't even made it seem like she is trying to help. Not nice or friendly either. With so many banking options nowadays, I'll take my money to another bank, where employees are friendly and assist you when you coming to the branch.

Don't come to this branch on holiday weeks. No one is here to serve you. I wasted almost half an hour and NO one wanted to help me. They are under staff or may be all on vacation this week. Either way management should have enough people to serve. Otherwise they should close the branch for holiday weeks. This is not the first time I had bad experience with BOA.

As a loyal BoA customer this location doesn't really have the customer service I've come to expect from them. Only reason I'm writing a review is because one of their employees told me I was more then welcome to go somewhere else several times. After I spoke with management at another branch I received the service I expected. At least other places have it together.

I love banking here, I visit frequently with deposits for my business and all of the tellers are so patient and thorough with me. They always greet me with a smile, call me by name, and have a willingness to help me in any way. I also take notice that they greet many of their customers by name and have worked to build relationships with them.

NOT a B.O.A. fan, but this branch has been incredibly good to my aging mother over the years. Today, in a matter of about 45 minutes we cleaned out a safe deposit box AND opened a savings account. Amanda and Kenneth absolutely hustled through both transactions, were accommodating, efficient, and patient. As I said, I dislike B.O.A., but if the organization worked as well as Amanda and Kenneth did today, I'd love it!

Go to any other branch but here. They always have one teller doing all the work and the manager just stands around pretending to greet people. I am so disappointed that they never do anything about it. They don't care about people waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. They need to hire more people

Right hand does not know what left hand is doing. Very capable of lying on the face with a smile. Tried to do a wire a week ago and they said that it got rejected by the recipient bank.Finally after, prolonged conversations with the recipient bank, BOA comes back (after 1 week) saying that they rejected it in their back office. Utterly ridiculous.

1035am / 0 teller's / 3 suites standing around doing nothing. Post bail out renovation looks great though. Your tax dollars don't work too well here.
