Chad and team did an amazing job managing through a complex financing situation for us. We weren't sure if we would be able to sell our existing house before closing on our new house, I had just started a new job, and we changed our down payment amount mid-way through the loan process and the team did an amazing job managing through all of this. Everyone we worked with was so nice, so helpful and really did their best to make us happy at the end of the loan process and made sure we understood what was going on. They had to make a couple of pivots during our loan but everything was done and ready to go on time for our closing on our new house! Getting a mortgage is a complicated process no matter what the buyer's situation is is but I'm confident that, no matter the unique circumstances, Chad and team can handle it!

Outstanding! Chad Wade and his team (Jeff, Dray, Kevin, just to name a few) were excellent! Since this was my first home buying, I had many questions that needed to be answered. His team answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, even on weekends (wasn't expected but appreciated). They made home buying easy and stress-free, as far as loan was concerned. I was pleasantly surprised they would always respond within an hour or two after I send an email. Their interest rate was the lowest out of all lenders I reached out as well. I had a slight issue after closing, but they fixed it right away. I appreciate everything they've done for me. Thanks to them, I was able to close within less than 4 weeks after the offer got accepted. I would recommend this team without reservation.
