Cynthia was very friendly and helped us open a bank account without any hassles. I didn't have any issues with them and am happy with the service provided.

I work all the same days that the banks are open, I start before they open and finish after they close. I got off early and sprint the 3 blocks up to the bank but Randy denied me access to the line to cash my last 2 checks to pay rent. I will now be late paying rent due to this! They need to have early access for essential workers!!! I was told 2 days so that they stopped letting people into line at 3:45 so I made sure to get here at 3:30. After explaining all of this to Randy he still would not let me in the line. I don’t do online banking and have a low limit set on my ATM so I have to wait for another day to get off early and hope they don’t change the line time to 3:15.

The worst branch ever the service is great but it's great only if you can get it. They will make you wait an hour easily for their "good service" when I just have to do simple task asap. They will take you out of the line telling my task is for bankers which I couldve simply done with people over the glass desk in other branches. If you have an hour to spare chilling in bank this is where you want to come

I had a dispute with the bank and had some issues making contact. Dispute was worked out and I appreciate the help the employees provided. Still, I suggest a company the size of BA should have more folks answering phones AND voicemail. I wasted a lot of time calling in unsuccessfully.

Worst bank ever! They don't value their customers!! We were there waited for 1 hour just for a simple procedure. When questioned they just say wait only a few more minutes. Horrible!!!! Never come this branch. Or I would suggest Wells Fargo opposite. They have better customer service. Went there and got my request attended in just 5mins. Avoid Bank of America at all cost.

Very slow customer services. One time, I made an appointment here and I had wait almost half an hour to an hour just to open a bank account. The lines to the tellers were very long. This happened way before covid even existed. Why have two or less tellers working at the counter? Expect at least a 15 to 20 minute what here! So unacceptable at this point!

Racially profiled and discriminated by a judgemental employee Helen Hyelin Lee who refused to open an account based on her own reasons that contradict Bank of America policies. Never visiting this branch again.

Went here today and the bank was locked up at 3:40pm. No one inside. On the 1st of the month, probably the one time they should be open longer than the moronic 4pm closing time they’ve adjusted to since COVID. Solidifies my decision to leave them for good.

I came to the bank two days ago to open an account for my son who just move to LA. With Sherif's very kind and patiently help and everything going very smoothly and perfectly. I must mention couple things here 1. We first enter the branch talked to the front desk, after we sit in the waiting area, one gentleman came out asked us about what we need and told us Sherif would help us. Sounds nothing special, but after we finished everything and stand inside of the bank, I saw him just came in with lunch bag and HE DID ask us whether we got help or have any questions there. very impressive. 2. The next day, we went there for cash check draft, and the manager Jay still remember us and very nicely help us with front desk clerk. I saw the rate is 2.1 in the beginning, I thought maybe I should go to another branch or becareful their attitude, but after couple visits, we are very appreciate their help and thanks for their assistance.

I have been a B of A customer for 30 years. I am looking to convert my current LOC to a fixed rate loan. The loan amount is less than 20% of my home value and all I get are road blocks, no return calls, requests for hundreds of pages of faxed documents, etc. I am told they must treat me as anyone off the street after 30 years of payment history on three prior mortgages, all paid in full. There is no point in establishing a banking relationship with B of A, it means nothing to them.
