Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Nw Market St, Seattle

One teller, eight people in line. I asked a female employee who was walking around the lobby if she could call for anther teller, her answer was "no". No apology for the long wait, or explanation. Just one word, "no" and she kept walking. Terrible customer service, seems to be the norm for Bank of America. Not the first time for poor service.

Very long line, only one cashier. I spent 30 minutes in line. This is unacceptable

Angelina Bui is amazing! She really pays attention to details. She was very patient and she gave us a lots of good suggestions about opening a new account! She did amazing job!!!

Don’t work with Michael Chesner he’ll promise to do all sorts of follow up and not do any. Sign you up for the bank account that suits his pocketbook and not yours and then refuse to help with added fees you shouldn’t be receiving. Worst bank experience ever.

Their drive-thru parking lot has been trashed for weeks. I called about a month ago and asked them to do something about it. They said they would, and didn't.

Pretty sad customer service experience here. Called ahead to confirm that the branch could actually assist me with my issue that I was having with a check hold and mobile deposit. Showed up at this branch and explained the problem to the teller and that I had just talked to someone 15 mins prior that said they could help. Teller was super rude, condescending, and all around had a poor attitude, basically saying that they couldn’t do anything and don’t know why I came in. Customer service is a 0/5 at this location. Which is really unfortunate because I’ve been pretty happy with BOA as a whole.

Ballard has been our B of A branch for 28 years. Customer service is so poor that it is almost impossible to reach an associate by phone to ask a simple question without spending 15 minutes listening to the robot director and repeating the steps 10 times. It is so disappointing. It used to be a neighborhood branch. Now the staff turn-over is so rapid, no one recognizes you. They are trying to force everyone to do their banking on-line by making their in-person experience miserable.

Beautiful BofA, very friendly and helpful, recommend to everyone. Anytime I go there I get excellent service, the staffs are very knowledgeable and willing to help. I always leave the bank very satisfied.

Over the past few months every single time I've come into this location I've always been greeted with such genuine friendliness and smiles from practically every person working here, and they have always addressed me by my first name- "Hi Ben, how are you doing today?" it's amazing how something so small and simple can add such a big lift in your day.
