Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 28th St, Boulder

After reading all the negative reviews about this location, I was reluctant to go to this location initially. Since I could only get an appointment in this location, I went in to get a Cashier's Check anyway. In contrary to the reviews, I was greeted by a friendly manager. I waited for no longer then 5 mins to connect with my banker Alex. She was friendly and helpful in making sure what I needed on the Cashiers Check are accurately reflecting. Alex and her manager made sure my transaction was smooth and also congratulated me on purchasing my first home. After living in East Coast for so long, I had a hard time finding a good BOA in-person location around Denver/Boulder areas. I am happy that I came to this location. PSA: I was told that the staffs were refreshed so they had new manager and new associates, perhaps why the services are much better now. Thanks for your help this morning.

Management are either intentionally not keeping enough staff on shift to provide a proper level of service, or refuse to attract enough qualified employees to be able to keep each shift staffed. Regardless, calling 3 times over the course of a morning should result in SOMEONE answering the phone. Different banking services sometimes require appointments and sometimes don't, but if I cannot call to confirm, I end up sitting in the waiting room writing a google review.

I was looking for a small auto loan. Could not do an auto loan if the car is over 7 years old. They do not do personal loans. Unwilling to look for other options given wonderful banking history. Changing banks due to lack of assistance with financial solutions. Thanks Leanne, Relationship Manager. You've lost this customer who has refused everyone's argument that I should change banks, but kept combating that Bank Of America is "WAS" a good bank. Bye, I'll be taking my money out ASA I have another bank lined up. I've never had any issues with the Bank until now when I clarified, "So I'm S.O.L. with BoA?" And was returned with, "Yes" Literally the only piece of information that turned down all opportunities, was the fact that I had just bought a 2005 car.

The ATM took my money during a deposit, went into an error state, and didn't deposit anything. The bank tellers didn't help at all and just told me to call the number on the ATM. Have been on hold for forever and not sure if I will get my money back at all. Don't recommend banking here.

I was the first of 3 customers to come into the bank, told to wait, while they immediately took the other 2 directly into offices to help them. Currently have my home loan with them. Already started to get a different loan. Extremely poor customer service

I would give them no stars if I could. I have been a client with them for over two years. Have never ever been late on payments or overdrawn on an account, and this includes three credit cards and a checking account. One of my credit cards came up for its annual renewal and they closed the account because they didn't like my debt to income ratio anymore - mind you the same that I have had for years. Although I was a "valued customer" without any delinquencies, and although I have consistently funneled of money through their bank, I was shut down without any warning or conversation. They just closed my account. Horrible, horrible, horrible bank practices. I'm now taking all of my business elsewhere. Be warned - put your money somewhere else!!

The worst. They don't care about you. Merrill Edge is negligent and their representative Kim Kraus has no problem committing fraud on your behalf.

I had called them make an appointment two weeks ago. I got here today 12:37pm checked in at the counter after that I was sitting here till 1:10pm. My appointment time is 1pm. No one come talk to me or update me about my appointment. Because I am a Asian.!!??? I will give them zero stars if a option here. I been their Asian customer since the first week I moved here. Time to transfer my all accounts out of Bank of America.?

Corporate really needs to look into manager at this BOA. Made inappropriate comments on the type of business being conducted as well home town on license. After insulting comments just walked away from window. When asked if transaction was complete, yelled in nasty tone “yes it is, have a nice day”. All that was being asked of her was to pick up money ordered on-line. Turned to another employee and asked if she was the manager. He put his head down nodding in the affirmative. Something was very wrong/off with this manager. Completely lacking in ANY customer service skills. Avoid this branch.

Went out to one of the only physical locations in colorado to meet a gentleman to buy a car. Travis was really helpful. Verifying that My company was a customer of Bank of America. I would recommend any large purchases be made at the seller or buyers bank. Consider yourself lucky if you get to do it at this Bank of America.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience today at the bank and that is not how I usually feel. The tellers were very friendly. I was blown away with the service I received from Madineh. An inspiring conversation and genuine help i recited during a routine visit. the is a great bank to work with as a small business.

My banking experience today was most certainly a 5-star plus encounter! I went in the bank to open a few new accounts. I was promptly greeted at the front door and then connected with relationship banker Allison to open my personal checking account. When Allison was done, she personally introduced me to Madineh to set up my small business account and to Kimberly to set up my investment account. This is the best banking experience I’ve ever had. Thank you BOA!
