I've read these reviews and absolutely can't believe the negative ones. They just don't seem possible. It is my guess that the people that are posting negative reviews are the ones that weren't able to get everything they were hoping for. Jasmine is a gem!!!! A star employee and a brilliant light. This company is so incredibly lucky to have her, and I really hope that they realize that. She knows the ins and outs of the business, she's a whiz on the computer, she's really knowledgeable and professional, but what sticks out most to me is Jasmine's genuine work ethic. She's happy to be there, she's happy that her customers are there, she ALWAYS greets everyone with a smile, and she makes her customers needs her #1 priority. This company is VERY fast and easy to do business with, but Jasmine makes it a pleasure to do business there!

Jasmine is amazing and always will be AMAZING, been living in Colorado for 9 years and since day 1 she's ALWAYS been there to be an exceptional woman, very kind, caring an all around awesome worker!!! Thank you for her!

No I'm not employed by checkmate but I have done buisness with them the past 3 years and they have been great working with me, I highly recommend them, staff is awesome and do their best to get what you need and work with you when you end up in a bind and cant pay on a pay period. To all of the negative comments ignore them they are crybabies because they most likely couldn't get a free pass, keep up the great work checkmate I'll be the when the next gun show is in town.

Clean updated office. Representative explained each step of the process and made sure I understood. Didn't guilt me for needing their services. Good experience.

This company has been amazing to me in my time of need! I recently had a family member pass away and needed to have my payment extended out, the girls there were so incredibly kind and sympathetic to me during this hard time. They also explained my pay offs and how I could save if I paid off before my next due date,they were very smart and well explained on how things worked and what my payoff will be. (I think the person on the phone I was talking to was Jasmine) Anyway just wanted to stop and say thank you!

Had some personal issues come up and had to take out a small loan and just went to the closest place to me. I Pay every week on time no problems and called up with a simple question and Jasmine was the one who took my call. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service and being talked down to buy a extremely rude person over the phone. you would think I asked for the blood of her first born the way she was Raising her voice at me and talking down to me in a condescending way. When it was all over with I apologized for asking the question because obviously she was having a bad day. That or asking a simple question over the phone is a trigger of hers which causes her to have rude and Loud outbursts at paying customers. And of course the cherry on top was when she hung up on me at the end of the conversation. I wish I would have seen all of these comments before choosing to do business at this place and finding out the hard way that every single comment left is true. Even now reading the experiences others have had its hard to believe they are still in business treating paying customers this way after all this time. I strongly advise to steer clear of this place because obviously the employees are angry and bitter about their jobs and choose to take it out on customers.

Their website says they don't do credit checks, but they do. I received a form from them saying I was denied due to a low credit score and no evidence of property ownership (which BTW is wrong on both counts, I do own a home & auto for 3+ years and the credit score listed was about 50 points below my actual credit score)

I've had an awesome experience at this store in time of need I have friendly knowledgeable quick customer service Jasmine was awesome. and I would highly recommend them

Don't believe the fake reviews by employees and their friends, this is the worst place to get a loan. check out all of their Yelp reviews as well and you'll see the truth.
