    I don’t usually write reviews but man.. Every time I come here to make a simple withdrawal, I wait an hour minimum, not because of the line is long, but because of their workers work with no sense of urgency. They take their sweet sweet time causing the elderly to stand and wait that long as well (especially since there’s no waiting list/number dispenser either) Customer time at the windows themselves is 10 minutes minimum FOR WHAT??? Either they need to train their workers to be more efficient, or hire more staff. Edit: I wish I could’ve used the atm as well but I needed to withdraw more than a grand in cash

    This is the worst branch I have ever been to!! The employees here are useless, we were passed from employee to employee and no one showed any interest in helping us! I’ve had an account for 20 years but this experience is making me rethink having an account for BofA. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life! If i could give 0 or negative stars I would!!

    To say this branch is busy is an understatement, however the employees handle it very well. They are strict with covid precautions (the basics like wear a mask and stay on the red spots on the floor to distance) and really no-nonsense which I appreciate. Big shoutout to Rick who helped me tremendously.

    This bank does not care about customer service. A line of 15 people and only two tellers. Yet they have 3 people walking around with tablets. I know, get behind a counter and take care of the people instead of walking around like you are a help by asking what we need done today. Put more people on an actual counter and let them help the customers. I guess time isn’t money for the people at Bank of America since they have the money and our time isn’t valuable. 25 minutes to make a deposit. Awesome. Appreciate the lack of help guys.

    Wait line is way too long - waited over 45 minutes. Staff is polite and courteous. It’s just not reasonable to have 2 tellers stalls open when there is a line out the door

    They have five windows for people to work but only have 2 people working at a time. One is dedicated to business clients so really it’s one person helping everyone else. Have to wait an hour just for a 5 minute interaction.

    Horrible customer service. I waited in line for 30 minutes to cash a check and then they tell me it’s $8 fee. Why did not the person who asked me what I needed help with tell me that it’s an $8 charge so I would not have waited in line for 30 minutes. I told the manager and he said o well you can open an account so we won’t charge you otherwise it will be $8. Why would I want to have a business relationship with you if you have an I don’t care attitude.

    Worst bank ever No merchant teller More than 45min wait line to make my business deposit. I'm here in line risking my work money for a long time. The guy on the front doesn't know anything and he didn't go to ask he send you straight to the line with no answers. Terrible experience Definitely we're changing bank!

    Well I have been to this location only once but I had a good experience. They opened at 10 and I got there like 10min prior to opening and there was already a long line, but that's not their fault. Even though they were busy with what seems like too many customers for them, they still didn't lose their smiles. Both the man opening the door welcoming people in, and also the banker who helped me, Kassandra, were very friendly and helpful. Got what I needed done, and actually didn't end up waiting as long as I thought I might.

    All the office workers have been great in my several appointments I've had to have recently. The tellers are much improved from even a year ago. Buddy B, the bank support person, is very good & makes it fun!! (like the other reviewer said)
