Went there to open a business account with $250,000.00 They told me that without an appointment, they could not open one. I asked them, are you really turning away a quarter million dollar deposit/new corporate account? They said yes, their attitude was that they could not care less. I went to CHASE on Bay Area Blvd, love their service. Stay away from this horrible service. Adding insult to injury, 12 hours after my post, "owner" responds with the same cut and paste remark they give everyone else...

I was a customer since 2008/2009 when the bank was still inside the Kroger across the street until around 2017/2018 and just recently re-opened an account with them this year. In that short time I had forgotten how hard is it to get anyone to answer the phones. I have literally been calling up there for the past hour and a half just to have a simple question answered that would take less than a minute. Although the tellers and bankers all greet you kindly and treat you well (in my experience anyway) when you are physically there, they don't seem too worried about manning the phones. I understand online banking is in high demand as nearly everything is done online these days, but it is still VERY important for you to have the same type of standards for customer service when it comes to every customer - not just the ones in your presence because sometimes "online" just doesn't cut it.

I've been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for someone to fix a new debit card's pin number that doesn't work. I came on here to get immediate help after being on hold with the toll free number for over 35 minutes. I've just burned over an hour of my business day for a simple pin number and STILL NO HELP. This bank has gone so far down hill its unbelievable. Time to switch.

Terrible service. There's always a really long wait to speak to anyone that knows anything. I came earlier today to speak to a banker, after waiting for 45 minutes they told me I would have to wait another 15-20 min. So, since I had to leave, I made an appointment for later in the afternoon. I came 5 minutes before my appointment time and I've already been waiting for 25 minutes. Oh, and the bank manager, who could have easily helped me, was just sitting around greeting customers. I'm closing my account and going to Chase.

That is troubled me that people give bad review just for stoping by and find out that place is closed. I use this location for 8 years and always meet very polite and knowledgeable agents. Very convenient. Working even on Saturdays. Most important - VERY safe location

Came in to get help with a transfer and was just told to do it online after waiting even though I came in due to issues with the online transfer. I even stated this and was told it should work. Another reason why I am trying to empty out my business accounts and switch banks

When I first opened my accounts at Bank of America, I was really excited. They seemed to offer everything I needed and wanted. Once they had my business my opinion QUICKLY changed! Although Richard, the manager is AMAZING (I think he’s just working for the wrong company), the BofA policies suck! Having only one teller working when there’s a line of 10+ people waiting for up to an hour to handle their transactions, to randomly closing branches with no notice or information as to where an open one is, to inaccurate information on Google about which branches are open is beyond frustrating. So, on Monday, I plan to close all of my accounts and take my business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.

In times where I needed to reach someone at the bank their phone line wouldn't allow it. And their drive through window is not longer an option because they said its inconvenient but its definitively convenient when you have two sleeping children 1 austism kiddo and need to get a money order... and then my husband tried to get a replacement card 3x it never showed up and then they realized its because it is a p.o box... We live on a boat and this is our only option for an address..

I recently used the atm in Kemah accross from Walmart. It ate hundreds in cash deposit and spit some back into the wind which flew away so fast I don't even know how much it was. I called them and they did not seem to even care that the machine apparently had been vandalized. I offered my photos and nobody contacted me or gave an address for detailed photos to be sent. I'm sure it was an angry client who wanted to cost the bank money. Instead they hurt their fellow man who can't afford it. It's our ATM! We pay for it by banking with them. I'm disappointed in Bank of America for neglecting us, the photo evidence and any others it likely hurt financially. Thanks for reading and bless you all.

The League City Texas branch is horrible about not being able to find deposits. We have had serveral issues with my work deposits...we drop in night drop at the end of business every time we have one. The Manager Cynthia is not a nice person and never holds her tellers accountable for lost deposits, claiming our deposits are short and they are not. I understand people make mistakes but she never holds the tellers accountable for their actions. Do not use this branch....they are rude and the customer service is horrible!
