Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Grant Rd, Cypress

Poor customer service, they do not care for their customers. They seem more concerned with getting off for the holiday than they do helping customers inside the bank.

No desire to help their customer whatsoever. Made a mistake opening a deposit box here and cannot close it while living in another city. One day when I came to visit their branch was ‘closed’ (even though I made an appointment to retrieve my stuff and made it inside). Another time they were very busy (even though they assured me on the phone the day before that they’ll be able to help). Now, living 200 miles away there is only that often that I can get here. Glad I’ll have to cut on spending my time with ill parents today because a very busy ‘bankers’ (just idling in their cubes) can’t help me until 2 hours from now.

I set up my own checking and savings, then because I liked their staff so much, I helped get two of my friends signed up here as well! Hardly ever a line to deposit coins I save up, and if I ever have a question, they always have an answer.

I’m never depositing a check here again all my money will go to crypto because these banks just hold your money for several days for no reason while I can just have my money working for me

Just opened up an account here. They were very friendly and helpful. If the service continues this way I will be very happy banking here!

The worst bank to get a hold of tried calling for weeks ... about refi my home or hone improvement loans....wellsfargo and chase answer their phones ...Horrible I wish I could give half a star when youvwalk in 1 teller is working I am over boa!!!

This is the last time I walk through their doors here at this location. The tellers are pretty much always kurt and condescending. Absolutely no PR training or poor at best. From now on I will go to the banking center on 249 at Spring Cypress where even if they do not really want your business, they at least act like they do. I miss my old B of A. Ever since the Nations Bank, Bank of America merger, this bank is nothing special.

I went in to get into my box. I was asked to wait for someone to assist me. I just spent 20 minutes sitting in an empty lobby waiting to get into my box. These people have no respect for their customers time. Got up and walked out and no one said anything to me. Ridiculous.

While I have expressed disappointment of the branch at Jones Road and 1960, the location on Grant Rd is wonderful. The only drawback is no drive through for commercial customers which is encouraged for safety by my employer.
