Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Post Rd, Darien

I’ve been a client of Bank of America for a while now and service was good but lately I’ve been at the Darien location and had Cesar Andrade helping me. He is outstanding, he is very knowledgeable and knows his banking Products. The Bank of America staff Darien is amazing with the help of Casar I was able to get all my task done and feel welcomed. The manager Michael was extremely friendly and knowledgable. By far one of the best banking experiences I've had.

This is a horrendous office of Bank of America. Very abusive to the rights of senior citizens, and if you try to get past that - they go into their "financial services" modality, lawyer up with their internal company lawyers, and try to entrap you with something they can use against you. God Forbid they actually try to resolve whatever the issue was. Very very nasty people. Makes you wonder why their parent company even goes to the trouble of renting fancy space for them to occupy, fancy desks, etc. What they really like to do is to bully and to pick squabbles with the client.

Invest in your infrastructure, the office environment for both your staff and clients. The building and parking are in slow decay and it’s not a desirable place to business.

What bothers me is that the customer service relationship people ae great but when you go back they aren't there any longer- Not sure if they float people around a lot. That break in continuity is a bit defeating as a customer as, in essence, even though its called a relationship its more like a one night stand. My pet peeve about Bank of America Darien is the concierge Mike If you call the bank on the phone he speaks so fast and unless you really insinuate yourself into his monologue you can not get a word in- he does not listen. He has potentil but its like listening to Fox news= one speed -i guess its a sign of the times.

In general I have found this branch of B of A to be very accommodating. The manager makes a big effort to take care of the customers, and she has helped me figure out my banking needs on several occasions. The staff is very helpful as well.
