Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth

Customer service was horrible. There was only one teller so I didn’t mind waiting but once I made it to the front of the line the teller Shuma was very unpleasant! I came in to make a simple deposit but she advised me to use the ATM outside on the opposite side of the building. Obviously if I had came in through the other door I would have saw and used the ATM however seeing how I had just waited in line I wanted to proceed with making my deposit through the teller. She was very unhelpful and rude. She wanted me to get out of line to fill out a deposit slip that would have taken 2 seconds to fill out or told me to go outside and use the ATM. Very unprofessional and will never come back no wonder they have a two star rating !!!

Worst bank I go to and I I only use this one because it’s close to my job. I can only go during my lunch because they close so early and only have one teller working during lunch with a line full of clients. 2 atms with no teller assistance. I’ve been a member since 2011 I’ll be switching soon. Ricidulous!

Over a year later and this place is STILL closed. Bank of america needs to get their act together and reopen all these closed locations. Unacceptable.

WORTHLESS. BANK OF THIEVES PURPOSELY HIRE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE SO THEY BENEFIT FROM THEIR MISTAKES. THEY ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK.

Horrible bank, worse customer service. These people don’t deserve your business

I go to this bank robbery once a week in attempt to cash a check. On average there is 6 to 8 people in line to see the teller. There is only and always one teller. I think I finally realized why it's like this. They only hire one teller to keep their overhead down, And I know regardless that we will wait in line no matter how long the wait is because we need that service. But that's just my thoughts.

They really need to hire more tellers. Every time I come to this branch there is one teller assisting customers in a long line. The most you will see is two tellers. It’s ridiculous.

terrible attention, total discrimination for being Hispanic, that a bank in this category is served by this class of people is unfortunate, linn you do not deserve to represent this great bank

Boa business as usual. The staff are okay but getting out at the light is dangerous. It has 2 atms though.

Once through the automated system, prompt. accurate, friendly service.
