Been through the mortgage and refinance process a few times now and it seems to get more complicated and harder to close as time goes on. Not so with Northpointe and the Brandt Team. My loan professional, Rose Bosso, was meticulous, thourough, transparent, and knwoledgeable from start to finish. The rest of the team, whenever I interacted with them peripherally, was courteous and efficient throughout. I closed with Nortpointe because of this team, and declined an offer from my own bank where I have been doing business for 26 years. Work with these guys if you get the chance, it's a gamechanger.

I was referred to Richard Brandt via another mortgage broker and was very skeptical that a 'cold' introduction would end up so wonderfully positive. Richard's group offered the most professional loan assistance I've ever received as a buyer. I can't recommend him enough.
