Stopped in to change my last name on my accounts and there is only personal banker on the floor. Another banker came and asked us what we needed. When we told her that we just needed to change our last name on our accounts she said we can wait for the current banker to finish. She said that she wasn't logged in today. She is just walking around while we are still waiting for the other banker to finish with a customer. Nice way to make a living. We are going to close our accounts ASAP.

This bank is the pits, and not only this branch. Stay away from ANY BOA at all costs. They are charlatan's who scheme to get every nickel out of you possible with penalties and fees.

My first and last time using this Bank of America. Neelofar, the “Relationship Banker”, loves to waste people’s time. There’s NO WAY she’s even able to build relationships with the people that bank here.

The drive thru atm sucks everyone and I mean everyone has to get out if their car to make a transaction.. is wayyy too low and they have a rail right next to it so you can't even try to get close to it...
