Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S West St, Wichita

I had an appointment scheduled and I arrived and all the doors were locked. I tried calling and all the phone lines were busy so the call ended. Honestly worst banking experience I’ve had. I guess business hours are irrelevant and so are appointment times. Cool.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had at a bank. 15 Minute wait for someone to come to the window just to greet and ask what i needed. They weren't able to do a deposit for me so when i tried to ask why they had always been able to do it before and now they wont she replied " OK, Bye" and walked away from the window. I will say that the branch manager was better than the tellers with her customer service but i will never step foot in this bank again.

The fine employees at this branch do a very professional, timely, and friendly service to all the banking customers. The real frustrations in doing business with BOA come from policies set by employees from much higher up. I'm moving my business elsewhere after years of enduring nonsense such as: Having debit cards shut off while on vacation several times BOA having my ID info incorrect and refusing to wire my money for days Charging service fees wrongfully to my accounts Refusal to loan even though a greater amount than the loan was in checking Refusal to loan due to retarded stipulations on maximum acres I've had much better experiences at other financial institutions such as Farm Credit and other smaller and more locally controlled banks. BOA got too big and made poor choices. Since they are so paranoid about my debit cards and where I use my money, it's time to use a different bank.

They need to open back up

Always long lines and wait times due to the fact the only have one person working the front at all times it seems. They have more people working the floor than at the counter. Will probably be closing my acccount and banking somewhere else.

Why anyone wants to do business with Bank of America is beyond me. I've never been treated more like the enemy than when I walk through their doors. The simple fact that when I deposit a check written from another BoA account, I shouldn't have to wait for it to clear, IT'S COMING FROM THE SAME DAMN BANK! I only bank here because my employer banks here and I have begged and pleaded to change banks, yet to no avail. I despise big company banks as they are lacking in many areas.

I understand everything is not functioning properly due to covid, but why shut down the drive thru? Seems like that would be a safer way to bank. Also, who are these people in suits with tablets that can't actually do any transactions? Why don't they belly up to a teller station and get this line moving?

Sat in the drive through for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When they finally greeted me i was told it would be a while before the could help me. Unacceptable.

I like their customer service, they do what they can with the amount of staff they have. Outstanding is the word I choose to better describe them at that branch.
