With things being tight for me financially, I went in to see if I could get my vehicle payments lowered. Alex was there to help me the whole way. He got me a much better deal than I had before in lowering my payments in a high-quality warranty and a much better interest rate. He was very professional and courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone I meet. Usually, these things take quite a long time but as I said, he was very efficient and got it done without hesitation. Getting a loan is always a nerve wreaking thing but the staff at Wichita Federal Credit Union were incredible. First started with Adelynn which helped with the starting process of the getting a loan. She was very friendly and answered all my questions in a timely matter. Once I got pre-approved for a loan, I was then assisted by Alex. Alex who was also very nice and friendly, laid out all my options without forcing me to choose anything over the other or anything I didn't feel comfortable with. He also helped answered all my questions and when I went to go get the check greeted me at the window which was very nice to put a face behind the e-mails and phone calls. I would recommend this place for any loan you may need. You will have excellent experience. Thank you both for making the process a breeze!

I've lived in Texas the last 7 years and my experience with WFCU today is why I'll never close my membership! Alex and Christi are FRIGGIN ROCKSTARS!!!! I racked up a bit of credit card debt during covid and wanted to also buy out my car lease. They not only got me a better rate on my car loan, but they were able to help me pay off all my credit cards via a consolidation loan. Alex Febres restored my faith in WFCU! He treats his customers like family. His transparency and immense support cannot be appreciated enough. He would call the vendor/seller and fight for his members. He sets a great example for what a credit union means for all types of customers regardless of their income, financial status, even social status, or most importantly their creditworthiness. I’ve been doing business with WFCU for the past 7 years and I have had my fair share of ups and downs with them. I met Alex a couple of years ago, and it was very hard for me to turn away from this place since he always proved that this credit union is always on my side and not trying to rip me off. Apparently the drive thru does not do business with you if you have business accout. It can only be done inside. Friday 1000, May 20, I tried to deposit a company check. I was to told to go inside to deposit, or it will be processed next week, BECAUSE there was another car behind me. Well APPARENTLY, the chance of a non commercial account was more important then my business. This has happened other times. I Promise, if this happens again, my company will quit doing business here, and I will tell everyone who will listen, how bad you treat customers.
