Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Woodbine St, Bergenfield

I went in to verify my identity as I was told too. I was informed that when I get there they have to call and verify while I was there. I left work early to take care of this. The manager told me that they other lady just sat down with another customer so for me to go the Teaneck branch ,it was 3:40 They closed at 4!! So because I assisted that I wasn't doing that she then goes and call them for me. You couldn't do that in the 1st Place?? She just didn't want to. She is very rude and dismissive . I don't recommend this location.

Went to order a replacement card (the app said I needed to meet with a representative or call, but their robot service is useless so I went to this branch). The teller, who seemed sorta inexperienced, helped me through it, or that’s what I believed. It’s been 12 days and nothing, so I called customer service, after several tries in their useless automated response service, I got transferred to an actual person. He said the card was never ordered. Thank you Woodbine branch!! Always appreciate to be disappointed. I love when companies make me waste my time! All this time strictly using my credit card, ha, just lovely.

I went to make a deposit for a nonprofit. Teller was very short with me, questioned where money came from and gave me sarcasm when I told her the company was a nonprofit. This was the first time a BOA branch made me feel uncomfortable. I was very upset by their unprofessional treatment.

Teller was rude and dismissive. Person in front of me made multiple deposits with their teller filling out the deposit slip for them. My teller refused to do the same for me.

I was told I couldn't deposit my payroll check becase my address on my license didn't match my check, I'm a non account holder my check is payable through BOA yet she told me I couldn't...never had that problem at another BOA

It's fine. I've been at this Bank of America branch and all personnel is attentive, courteous, very knowledgeable about their duties. Especially Adriana. She's my expert pro when I have any issue with my accounts. Thank You for your hard work. Z.F.

I loved the service I got from the woman who helped me when I first started but she has been gone for a while now. Since then the service has really been sketchy. Coming from me that is bad because I never completely about anything. I can't say I recommend them at this point.

Based on a customer service rating I can not say that this Bank of America has been of any help to me.... Considering other options, nobody likes being disrespected, I did not leave happy...

I work for the town of Bergenfield , which is a state job , my pay roll department switch from TD bank to bank america, very big mistake , I try to cash my pay roll check , during my lunch , I had on my work uniform and the garbage truck that say Boro of Bergenfield on , I front of the bank , and I has a work vest that say the boro of Bergenfield on it , the lady said I couldn't cash my check because my drivers license says Jr and the pay roll check doesn't, she said how do I know it not your father check , I say really look out side , look at my vest and work uniform and look at the check, how is this my father ??? They need to close this branch they are crazy......

How can I deposit if you guys are closed and all the ATMs (drive thru+ indoor) are "not working"
