Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 5th Ave N, Franklin

This is my local bank. Been with them 10+ years. Always great service. It's never real fast to go into the branch, so plan ahead. Online banking is super easy, and customer service by phone is always superb. & BTW, this branch was temporarily closed during COVID due to staff shortage. But they have re-opened as of at least Nov 2021.

On April 8, 2019 I sent a Bank of America a money order which would have brought my account balance to zero but they still to this day have not given me credit for my payment. Bank of America stole close to a thousand dollars from me. I have contacted them several time for months with no response. Bank of America stamped the back of my check on April 12, 2019. Bank of America claims they never received my payment. I have already sent them a copy of my receipt and they have proof that I have paid my account in full. Bank of America has still not given me credit for my payment. I have been trying to settle this dispute since April 2019. I would love to talk to someone in management that can clear this account up for me. At this point I just feel like Bank of America has stolen my $990.44. I’ve had to contact an attorney pay more money out of my pocket because this bank is nothing but low down thieves who think they can get away with stealing people’s money. Looks like I’m going to have to take this to small claims court to get this taken care of. If this is the kind of banking you would like, Bank of America is for you.

I called this location today and got through on the first try. Spoke to Lisa and she was Amazing! Assisted me with my issue and saved me a lot of stress and wasted time. Ask for Lisa. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The negative reviews are accurate. I called with a simple question about Notarizing Documents (an included service for BOA customers) and the person who answered was basically encouraging me not to do it there saying "it's really hard to do it here..etc.".

I have called more than 4 times a day for the past 3 days. No one ever answered the phone! Im trying to schedule an appointment because i live almost an hour from the bank. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere!

I’ve been to this location twice in the morning hours. I mention the time because you’d think the tellers would be fresh and still somewhat pleasant, because they haven’t worked all day. No. Both women I’ve dealt with where just shy of rude. When I greeted with a hello, how are you. The answer was slide your card. Then at the end of the transaction when I said goodbye have a nice day, the response was silence. Indifferent customer service seems to be trending

The worst — closed branch with no notice to safe deposit customers — call center is awful — 40+ minutes to get no relevant information regarding access to safe deposit box — totally unacceptable — would give negative stars is possible — NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND

This branch is the worst. No one answers phone....ever. Lines to talk to someone are riculous. Employees all look like they just rolled out of bed...wrinkled and unkempt and it appears to me that al the female employees are flirting with some guy who appears to be their manager. He never really appears to be doing anything constructive when I go into the branch...just flirting with female employees.

Bank of America, as a whole, is by far the worst bank ever! The staff at this particular branch were very nice, but the company itself does not deserve to have America in their name!!! I've never been to a bank to cash a check, from that same bank, and then be charged $8.00 because I don't have an account of my own with them! To me that is highway robbery in communist fashion!!! They should change their company name to "Bank of Communists"!!!

Terrible, they simply refuse to answer the phone. 4 phone calls, held 4 times and each time after ringing and ringing, it sends me back to the automated attendant. B of A used to be the best and now they are the worst!
