    worst location ever...unfortunately when i’m at school i have to stop by this bank. i live in dallas. what would take a 20-30 min visit at any dallas BOA takes me literally 2-3hours here. the line always wraps around outside and there are hardly any tellers usually 1. super rude i do deposits and to say the least they are not polite/friendly. however there is one bank teller who is very kind, Tony, he is a gem and i get so relieved when i walk in and he’s working. other than that i dread coming to this bank and try my hardest not to

    This one is the worst customer service that I've ever experienced with! The line is always long to wait. The whole time there's only 1 open person who are actually doing the service in line. 1 standing up manager who is watching to the monitor searching ... not sure what he's doing for! They totally ignore the line and look to people who are in line.... and I think BoA lost their businesses for a reason!

    Absolutely worst bank in the area. After waiting 30 min in line and no one getting helped I fussed at the manager, he couldn’t do anything like add another teller but since I was fussing he processed my sons deposit. Bank anywhere else.

    Worst, most unprofessional, rudest bank manager I have ever talked too. Went to this branch this morning, 2 ladies were waiting outside, I didn’t know why they were out, As soon as I walked in Jennifer ( Branch manager) asked me to get in line out side and I walked out. Waited behind the 2 ladies for about 15 minutes line didn’t move at all. It was 37 degree, waiting outside was not comfortable at all. I asked Jennifer why can’t we go inside while they had room, her respond was no room for more customers inside and she will call bank to build a bigger building so she can have room for more customers sarcastically. I have been with BOA for over 24 years. It is time to dump this bank like a bag of trash and chose another Bank. If BOA care one bit about customers, they should shut down this branch and fire everyone with 1.4 star google reviews, but it is clear to me now that this is the culture of the BOA and they don’t care about their customers.

    The worst customer service here!! The lady with the $2 fake lashes on and wannabe contacts lenses is rude and needs to tone down on the haughty arrogance because her customer service skills are nonexistent along with the terribly rude Asian bank clerk who should not have even been hired because he lacks general people skills . In my opinion save the trip and go to a different branch and see if that helps or transfer banks altogether because this place does not invest in quality customer service professionals so I can just imagine how much they actually care about the financial services they offer here for their clients!!

    I absolutely hate going to this bank! I wouldn’t open an account here in a million years. I only go once a month and every time I literally stand in line for an hour.. the majority of the time is outside. Always ONE teller. Is BoA that cheap??? that they rather have disgruntled customers instead of excellent customer satisfaction?

    Customer service I really don't think it exists here. The lady that was helping me basically just wanted to get me out instead of actually doing her job and helping me with the problem I came in with. I will never return to this bank for any reason. Maybe if the employer would have considered trying to help me out i would have written a great review and definitely given more then 1 star. If I had the option I would have given 0 stars.

    The craziest thing ive ever seen the management is maming all the customers wait out side the bank know it is about to close an so.e of the people have been waiting over a hr to get in whats up.. i posted this about 10 to 15 mins ago now they have finally came an got all the people from outside. Im wait on someone to make a deposit its been over a hr this is the slowest ive ever seen people work. If you have a account at this bank you should change to another bank now

    Poorly managed. Terrible wait. Desperately needs more tellers and better management. If you need to see a teller, don't come in the middle of the day, you'll be waiting an hour. No exaggeration.

    Do not go there!!!!!!!!! Went there about 12:30pm and there was only 1 teller with a long line of customers. Finally found a manager or whoever that was wondering around the bank. I finally got her attention after being there about 25 minutes and asked her why did they only have 1 teller there during the busy lunch hour. She avoided the question by asking me why I was there. I only needed a temporary card. She told me the tellers could not help me, I would have to wait for an personal banker, but they are all busy she says. She asked me if I could come back later. I told her I get off at 5:30. She said they close at 5, but she did offer for me to set up an appointment for tomorrow around this time. I just walked out. She did not even apologize! I needed it today. Hardly anybody takes checks anymore. All I needed was a temporary card. I don't think I need an appointment for a temporary card! This is too much of a hassle. I am looking for another bank! I advise everyone else to do the same!! Bad bad service! Not enough tellers during a busy time!!! I give 0 stars!

    This place is a joke. I have been here on three separate occasions and have had to wait almost an hour to make a simple deposit. Today, I was in line for 48 minutes. There were 14 people in front of me and in that 48 minutes this bank had 5 people behind me leave disgusted and only was able to help 2 people that were in front of me. The fact that this bank has almost NO positive ratings or feedback and has not been shutdown is an absolute disgrace. To the owner and manager you should be ashamed of yourselves. If my company or staff neglected nearly as many people as you seem to do on a daily basis then I would be bankrupt within a week! Definitely losing my business along with many others. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN FOR GOOD!!!!

    Had an appointment at 10:30 AM reached and checked in at 10:28AM. The guy at the front desk told me “Robert” is finishing up with a customer and will be with me in few minutes. Until 11.00 either “Robert” no one was available and I left at 11am. No one called to reschedule or to explain what happened. Bad customer service

    This worthless Bank can't even cash a check that's written from one of their accounts.They state that the amount is over an arbitrary amount and they won't tell you what the amount is. If you're banking with Bank of America i Suggest going to Chase or another financial institution that will treat you better. There's a reason this bank has a 1 star review!

    This bank has some serious operational issues my company uses this bank and we've never encountered such poor service the line goes out the door with 1teller at window with several other employees standing around constantly they were recently incapable of offering bank change for my business because "computer issues" if you have money and can count this shouldn't be an issue computers or not..i advise they help each other in areas as reguardless of title you need to staff up more efficiently I believe my company which is worldwide might need to do business elsewhere if not improved

    Worst bank ever. Very very slow and dumb workers. Absolutely out of control. Line goes around the building any time you go. If I can give 0 stars I’d. They care about keeping social distance more than they do about finishing their customers needs. Waited for about 40 min in line then when it comes my turn they tell me their system is down. Trash place and trash workers.

    Room inside for a person to stand but the guard is forcing people to stand outside. Only 2 tellers working and transactions are taking 10+ minutes to complete. Mine took over an hour but no where online does It state you must have an appointment to speak with a banker about closing an account. I was able to get my money but still had to call to get the accounts closed! I agree with others, poor customer service. Guard tells you you must stand in certain spots for social distance while she directs others to sit and wait for a banker. Those sitting are within 3 feet of each other? Chairs need to be 6' feet apart as well. The handicap desk has just a 1' tall plexiglass screen and most customers stand over the teller. Why is that teller not as protected as the other tellers? I was forced to wait over 60 minutes only to be told I needed an appointment!

    How is it still “understaffed” it’s been months! Months! Horribly long wait. Everyone that works there just accepts it. Who’s charge of hiring? Why is this such a problem here? There’s never more than 1 teller during peak hours.

    If I can give a negative I would!!! What a busy Saturday morning 12-4-2021, lots of people are in lines more than 20 people. The line from inside go outside of bankofamerica. And only 1 teller are working what a joke!!!! And this is an busy area!!!

    I just spent almost an hour just trying to deposit a bond into my account. On top of that this branch DOES NOT ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING OR MAKE PEOPLE WEAR THERE MASK PROPERLY. Even the manager had his mask on his chin like how is everyone else supposed to feel when the person in charge of the building cannot even follow simple CDC guidelines to ensure to health and safety of others. So just saying maybe we should all just stop using this location and let it die. I do not use social media of any kind so if you are serious as a company try to take care of your customers. Just to add I have had an account with this bank for 15 years.
