Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs

Rarely to NEVER go unless I have to the past 20 years. This time I had to....on a Saturday. It was ok. Not great. 8/23/21. Tried to call reached recording. Followed instructions per Recording. NEVER spoke with anyone. I needed to speak regarding FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. THIS BANK IS A JOKEN!!!!

This is by far the BEST BofA branch where I have conducted business. The branch manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to help me get through two international wire frauds and recalls and followed up with me via phone calls to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. THANK YOU!

Hands down the best Bank Of America branch we have been to. Friendly fast and beautiful iconic Mid Century architecture right near the mountains.

I went there Today was Saturday.They were huge line waiting all the way to front door and just two cashier tellers helping customers.Customers were irritated and not happy.Two other customers were cashing a lot of checks and taking like 20 minutes and people waiting behind them.

I really like this location. Every time I've been to this branch, it's been easy and quick.

If I could I would give a no stars. Have never worked with such an incompetent person for a home equity loan. Have been working on this for almost 2 months. What company says we are just so busy we can’t get things done. Who else lies to cover themselves. Every time we are told all is done again we are asked for more paperwork. Seriously if they where organized we should not have to go back max 3 times. I’m looking at about 10. Gave our name to notary who called made appointment and never showed. All the number given did not work. Wow! After being a customer for well over 30 years that is how you are treated.

You can't miss it whether your on Palm Canyon or Indian Canyon. 2 walk up ATMs and one drive up ATM. I've never waited in a line at the ATMs or inside dealing with a teller. There's plenty of parking and the staff are very nice and customer service oriented. Now all we have to do is get B of A to stop charging fees for every little thing!!!

Excellent experience. We were introduced to programs which will not only save us money, but will make us money. Super friendly staff. Thank you David for consulting us after the closing time.

If could leave zero stars I would . How the heck is there only two tellers ! Every time I come , only two tellers and the line is always out the door . Horrible ! They have no respect for people’s time !

Worst bank!! 2 tellers for a line 8 people deep. I cannot dtand bank of america!! Worst!
