I was in need of a small loan till pay day. I took some jewelry and received my loan. The Rocky’s Pawn Staff are so friendly and polite. Loved my experience! I had accumulated pieces of jewelry over the years that I just never wore. On a whim I took them to Rocky’s Pawn Shop to see what I could get for the items. They treated me with respect and priced my jewelry fairly. The entire process was pleasant, and I left happy having sold the items. Don’t hesitate to use Rocky’s Pawn Shop. Great experience.

I had car repairs done to my car on a drive back to Mi for a funeral. On my way back I brought some family treasures. One of these being my mom and dad's good silverware she would bring out on holidays and special occasions. The trip left me basically broke. So when I was told that the wheel bearing I just had replaced in OK on my drive back from Mi needed to be replaced again. To come up w money for the repair my mom's silver and I took a trip to Rocky's pawnshop. I nervous about taking it to any pawnshop. However the staff at Ro off was real nice, took the time to explain the process. The best part was when I was told I didnt have to leave all of it there and that just 5 forks and couple spoons was all I need to pawn to get the $300 I need to fix my car.. I was in and out with cash in hand in 15 to 20 min. If I ever have to do this again Rocky's is the place I would go Thanks guys.

I’ve had many positive experiences with Rocky’s on loans I’ve had. They’ve always been fair with prices of the items and very helpful and consistent with all of our exchanges. I’ve purchased inventory from them as well. They have new items, coming in all the time. I would definitely recommend coming in and checking it out!

You couldn't find my ring and you couldn’t compensate me even though it was on the slip. And here is a screen shop of your email response. I call this place I loved so much for so many years but I know consider robbing me of my ring or its value!! You washed your hands of me with no account for my ring or its value, you should be more careful with your paperwork.

Ive been a Rockys Customer for over 10 yrs. I am human and have struggled from time to time , Rockys is always a great source for help in a pinch. Fair loans on my items and low finance charges. Not only are loans available its a great source for gifts I mean who doesn't like jewelry??? The sales are my favorite you can walk away with 0 buyers remorse if you hit up the sales. Customer service is great Ive only had one tough encounter but being the newbie has to be tough too. I can always tell whos new in the shop lol but overall clean store, easy access, friendly faces !!

I've been coming her for about 10 years. Always great service whether I'm in a jam for cash or splurging on jewelry. I absolutely love their Valentines Day & Christmas sale though- best time to buy! The entire staff at Rocky’s in Palm Springs were really great to work with. They treat their customers like family. So many people came in while I was there and each of them were greeted with a smile and a warm, welcoming attitude. There is a wide variety of top quality items to choose from and they really work hard to get you the best deal if you are pawning something. I highly recommend them if you’re needing to pawn. I am visiting Palm Springs for a month. I wanted a guitar to play and expected to pay for one and then ship it home. Instead, I went into Rocky's and bought a great practice instrument that I may just leave when I go. They had a full range of cheapo guitars to collectible Gibsons. I highly recommend Rocky's.
