    My mom needed to have bank statement send to her house. She went to this Bank of America and asked for help. Since she doesn't know how to use computer so she had me talked to this representative over the phone. He was very rude and terse with his attitude. Bank of America needs to provide better training for its employees at this location.

    Was in line and there was a really sweet elderly lady in front of me. I know that it can be frustrating when there's difficult times communicating, but the poor old lady cant help that she probably has hearing loss. Karen the BoA representative working with her kept yelling at her rudely, not being patient, rolling her eyes, being impatient (line wasn't even that long). I hope she sees this and has a change of heart to be kinder to our elderly.

    Had to come in for a quick simple check cashing. This banks gives you a hard time. It reminds me why I don’t bank with Bank of America. For better go some where else.

    Ricky Tsang had bad attitude. He didn’t listen. He was rude. I had a worst banking experience at this location today. I will never go back. I will tell all my friends and families not to do their bankings at this location.

    The door at this branch is always unlocked I always have to look our my surroundings especially when I'm baking at this branch I already reported twice about the door issue being unlocked there's no security involved at all I don't feel safe banking there!!

    I spent over 5 hours trying to call yesterday, went all the way to corporate office and no help. I do not do social media. If I weren't old I would move my account to a bank who really cares about customers, obviously BOFA could care less. Would save a lot of money if they just take all the phones out of the branches since no one knows how to answer them anyway. Don't tell me they are that busy as I have been in the branch and heard phones ringing and watched as the workers just stood around talking and laughing with each other. I am fed up. I don't do facebook, twitter or any other social media so it would be nice if BofA would extend their customer service (such as it is) to all their customers and answer their phones.

    Pick up your phone bofa staff!!!!!! Your phone system is ridiculous. If the staff is on the phone at least put the caller on hold in line. Instead we have to press 1 to get to the main menu then #4 to talk to the associate. If everyone is busy we have to repeat it again. What kind of customer service is this???

    Great customer service. Ricky is very helpful and the others are awesome....and i'm not the same Rick! Been going there for years and they have always been helpful and i refer my friends to this place for all account needs.
